My husband ended up basically paying *not* to get his hair cut because Lily did not listen to his requests just to cut his hair - nothing fancy! No. Just No. More problematically, when we went to book the appointment online, the website required that we agree to save our credit card not just for payment but *for future transactions*. We did not want to leave our information with this business. So I called to ask if we could make the appointment over the phone without leaving it. Lily told me the credit card information was just for the one-time charge, not as described online. She lied to me. When my husband requested that she remove our credit card information after paying for the appointment, Lily said she couldn't do that, and we'd have to go through Square. I am on the line with Square right now, who have advised me that they usually ask people to resolve issues directly with the vendor, who can simply remove client information from their Square dashboard (which Lily claimed she couldn't do). So Lily lied. Again. Just getting a bad haircut is all part of trying out a new barber. But this? No thank you.
