In the last couple of months I had gotten a new battery for my car but I got in it one day last week and it wouldn't turn over. NOTHING. I suspected it may be the starter, the alternator, a blown fuse or even worse, computer or electrical issues. I was able to start it with a jump, but any time I turned it off, it would not start again without one. Mike and Steve were able to get me in pretty quickly. These guys have a lot of integrity and perform good, honest work. They discovered the only thing wrong was faulty/loose battery cables and they got the repairs done quickly. The repair cost me less than $100. I'm grateful to have such a great auto shop in my area. I will be a customer for life here!

Big nope. Dropped off my car July Monday 27th of 2026. A couple days later I get a phone call…read moresaying I need a new evaporator core. 1700 and some change for labor and new part. I waited patiently excited to get my AC working. Saturday, 1 August After my grandfather came in and paid my bill. I picked up the car and immediately when I got onto the road I could hear air coming through the door. I also thought the dash appeared dirty, but during a closer look, I could tell that it was damaged. There was also an oil stains left on my roof liner and two bolts laying on the floorboard. I waited for my dad to get home so he could evaluate the damage for himself. During that time. 7 PM on the same day I picked up the car, It started raining and the rain came through the door that I could hear the air coming through earlier. I immediately had to go home and put a tarp over my car.Now before I dropped off my car on Monday the 27th. I had already been dealing with trying to get the AC working for the past week and a half doing a recharge checking for leaks and replacing a sensor, this AC getting repaired, was for my travel across the United States to California, which is why I had only asked them to fix the door on Monday 3 August and didn't bring up the damage to the inside of the car. I just wanted my door fixed so I could leave. I came in at 8 AM Monday August 3rd to tell them I believed the door was not aligned correctly. An older gentleman who open the shop seem to acknowledge my problem and want to fix it. However, the employee I gave the information to seemed frustrated. I assumed I wouldn't need an appointment since it seemed like it was just a quick fix on work I had already paid for, but my car wasn't finished until Wednesday 5 August 3:25pm after my dad went to their shop and they aligned it then and there for me. Which makes it seem as if they could've done it the whole time, but chose not to. The same day I picked it up Wednesday the fifth. I came home and washed the car in the evening time. That's where I noticed large scratches on the back of my trunk. I also noticed a large scratch on my driver door. The office workers made it clear to both me and my grandfather that they had to take my doors off to work on my car. I am moving to California, actually leaving Thursday the 6 August, the day after I wrote this review. And I am planning on purchasing a new car in the upcoming months, which is why I chose not to confront the shop about this, but I 110% will back my claims. My car is fully insured and I'm more than able to write a new claim. But I feel like that would be too much of a hassle to do, especially when I'm already behind schedule I'm leaving. So I would advise any person that's looking for an auto mechanic shop and are reading these reviews. Take pictures of every inch of your car inside and out. Do not leave the auto mechanic shop until you have fully looked at your car. Where are all the five star reviews come from? I'm not too sure exactly but I'm sure I'm not the only person who had these problems. If someone does run into this problem and does take it the next step and has to take legal action I'm not sure if I would be of any help, but all my photos are dated and timed. And I'd be more than happy to testify in your hearing. It keeps saying to retry when I try posting photos. But the damage to my vehicle is there. So much so the shop knows exactly who I am.

It is after a lot of time spent talking to GT Imports regarding my vehicle that I say this. I do…read morenot create this kind of review lightly. I took my car to GT Imports for one specific problem. It was hard to start when cold and needed multiple crankings to stay running. Then ran unstable for about a minute, then it would even out and run good. It would run great after that and would start fine after it was warmed up. A bad fuel pump was the assumption. They ran tests and confirmed the fuel pump was bad and needed replacing. He also informed me it needed new spark plugs, spark plug wires, brake master cylinder and brake booster. I told him the spark plugs had just been replaced a month before, but he insisted only a specific brand of plug would bring my car to its factory setting. I agreed to all the repairs since I wanted the car to be running as good as possible. The 1st fuel pump that he put on was DOA and would not work. A 2nd pump was ordered and installed. This took a couple weeks. Picked the car up and the original problem was still going on, but a little improved. He recommended replacing all fuel injectors and doing a fuel system cleanout to further address the problem. I agreed wanting the problem fixed completely. After these 2 repairs were made, I picked the car up and drove off. After driving for 20 minutes, the car went dead and would not start up easily. It ran unstable and seemed to be flooded. I got it back to GT Imports within an hour of picking it up. They checked it out and found the new injectors were malfunctioning feeding too much fuel. So they were replaced again and charged me a 2nd time! I have over $4000.00 invested in the car thru GT Imports. The car is still running poorly after all this work and they have now diagnosed something completely new. I will take my car to a new garage for repairs.
