I waited patiently excited to get my AC working. Saturday, 1 August After my grandfather came in and paid my bill. I picked up the car and immediately when I got onto the road I could hear air coming through the door. I also thought the dash appeared dirty, but during a closer look, I could tell that it was damaged. There was also an oil stains left on my roof liner and two bolts laying on the floorboard. I waited for my dad to get home so he could evaluate the damage for himself. During that time. 7 PM on the same day I picked up the car, It started raining and the rain came through the door that I could hear the air coming through earlier. I immediately had to go home and put a tarp over my car. I also noticed a Carfax folder that I got when I first purchased the vehicle was not in my car. I searched high and low throughout my house and came to the assumption that this folder was most likely taken out of my car and not put back. Now before I dropped off my car on Monday the 27th. I had already been dealing with trying to get the AC working for the past week and a half doing a recharge checking for leaks and replacing a sensor, this AC getting repaired, was for my travel across the United States to California, which is why I had only asked them to fix the door on Monday 3 August and didn't bring up the damage to the inside of the car nor did I bring up the incident with the folder. I just wanted my door fixed so I could leave. I came in at 8 AM Monday August 3rd to tell them I believed the door was not aligned correctly. An older gentleman who open the shop seem to acknowledge my problem and want to fix it. However, the employee I gave the information to seemed frustrated. I assumed I wouldn't need an appointment since it seemed like it was just a quick fix on work I had already paid for, but my car wasn't finished until Wednesday 5 August 3:25pm after my dad went to their shop and they aligned it then and there for me. Which makes it seem as if they could've done it the whole time, but chose not to. The same day I picked it up Wednesday the fifth. I came home and washed the car in the evening time. That's where I noticed large scratches on the back of my trunk. I also noticed a large scratch on my driver door. The office workers made it clear to both me and my grandfather that they had to take my doors off to work on my car. I am moving to California, actually leaving Thursday the 6 August, the day after I wrote this review. And I am planning on purchasing a new car in the upcoming months, which is why I chose not to confront the shop about this, but I 110% will back my claims. My car is fully insured and I'm more than able to write a new claim. But I feel like that would be too much of a hassle to do, especially when I'm already behind schedule I'm leaving. So I would advise any person that's looking for an auto mechanic shop and are reading these reviews. Take pictures of every inch of your car inside and out. Do not leave the auto mechanic shop until you have fully looked at your car. Where are all the five star reviews come from? I'm not too sure exactly but I'm sure I'm not the only person who had these problems. If someone does run into this problem and does take it the next step and has to take legal action I'm not sure if I would be of any help, but all my photos are dated and timed. And I'd be more than happy to testify in your hearing. It keeps saying to retry when I try posting photos. But the damage to my vehicle is there. So much so the shop knows exactly who I am.

In my experience everyone that works in this facility is honest, fair, they want to help people and they want them to be safe. This is the first and ONLY mechanic shop that I have been to as a woman where I wasn't treated like I was a dunce or less than. The employees here explain things in a way of informing you not persuading you or intimidating you with fear that if you don't complete the job something extraordinarily bad is going to happen. They give you realistic expectations on how much more you can drive until you need to really get it done which helps people that are on a budget. I think the prices are higher on average but the amount of service, attention, and thoroughness you get the price is very fair! I recommend this place to everyone I know especially women because I know how important it is to feel safe with mechanics and not like they are trying to get over on you! Everything was fine until I left and realized the undercarriage cover on my car was hanging and…read morescrapping the road. One of the bolts/screws that holds it up was missing. It also had been bent back so they did not have to take the entire piece off to do the inspection. Also, I had a nail in one of my tires that had been there awhile but was not leaking, so I had not replaced the tire. They let me know about it, but the very next morning my TPMS light came on and my tire was going flat. I took the tire off, just to find out they had visibly messed with the nail and caused it to start leaking. All of this happened during an inspection, oil change, and already having to buy a tire due to a screw being in it and that one was leaking. I had been there a few times before since pricing isn't terrible and had no problems, but will not be back after this.
