Very transparent, friendly, and they don't push service recommendations on you like other places in town. They'll tell you if something needs your attention and work with you on what to do. I think tire repair is one of few things they don't do--(just double check). Basically, if they worked on other auto brands--I'd be servicing all my vehicles here without question.

Big nope. Dropped off my car July Monday 27th of 2026. A couple days later I get a phone call…read moresaying I need a new evaporator core. 1700 and some change for labor and new part. I waited patiently excited to get my AC working. Saturday, 1 August After my grandfather came in and paid my bill. I picked up the car and immediately when I got onto the road I could hear air coming through the door. I also thought the dash appeared dirty, but during a closer look, I could tell that it was damaged. There was also an oil stains left on my roof liner and two bolts laying on the floorboard. I waited for my dad to get home so he could evaluate the damage for himself. During that time. 7 PM on the same day I picked up the car, It started raining and the rain came through the door that I could hear the air coming through earlier. I immediately had to go home and put a tarp over my car. I also noticed a Carfax folder that I got when I first purchased the vehicle was not in my car. I searched high and low throughout my house and came to the assumption that this folder was most likely taken out of my car and not put back. Now before I dropped off my car on Monday the 27th. I had already been dealing with trying to get the AC working for the past week and a half doing a recharge checking for leaks and replacing a sensor, this AC getting repaired, was for my travel across the United States to California, which is why I had only asked them to fix the door on Monday 3 August and didn't bring up the damage to the inside of the car nor did I bring up the incident with the folder. I just wanted my door fixed so I could leave. I came in at 8 AM Monday August 3rd to tell them I believed the door was not aligned correctly. An older gentleman who open the shop seem to acknowledge my problem and want to fix it. However, the employee I gave the information to seemed frustrated. I assumed I wouldn't need an appointment since it seemed like it was just a quick fix on work I had already paid for, but my car wasn't finished until Wednesday 5 August 3:25pm after my dad went to their shop and they aligned it then and there for me. Which makes it seem as if they could've done it the whole time, but chose not to. The same day I picked it up Wednesday the fifth. I came home and washed the car in the evening time. That's where I noticed large scratches on the back of my trunk. I also noticed a large scratch on my driver door. The office workers made it clear to both me and my grandfather that they had to take my doors off to work on my car. I am moving to California, actually leaving Thursday the 6 August, the day after I wrote this review. And I am planning on purchasing a new car in the upcoming months, which is why I chose not to confront the shop about this, but I 110% will back my claims. My car is fully insured and I'm more than able to write a new claim. But I feel like that would be too much of a hassle to do, especially when I'm already behind schedule I'm leaving. So I would advise any person that's looking for an auto mechanic shop and are reading these reviews. Take pictures of every inch of your car inside and out. Do not leave the auto mechanic shop until you have fully looked at your car. Where are all the five star reviews come from? I'm not too sure exactly but I'm sure I'm not the only person who had these problems. If someone does run into this problem and does take it the next step and has to take legal action I'm not sure if I would be of any help, but all my photos are dated and timed. And I'd be more than happy to testify in your hearing. It keeps saying to retry when I try posting photos. But the damage to my vehicle is there. So much so the shop knows exactly who I am.

On my way to NC, I was praying that I would have a mechanic who treated me like he would treat his daughter and I believe that Wes did that. I'm greatful to God for bringing me to this location and getting my car fixed. There are around 8-10 arcade cabinets and pinball machines lining the walls, all free to play, as well as retro consoles like an NES and Sega Dreamcast built into back hatch of a classic car. If you are just looking to relax, or get work done, there are couches, easy chairs, as well as a table with comfortable stools and chairs for working. Maybe best of all.. Free snacks. There was a basket of various chip and cookies bags, and a mini fridge of drinks. While all of that is NOT the main focus of why you are here, I appreciate the acknowledgement that, this part of life is not everyone's favorite thing. So making the customer as comfortable as possible while they wait, and not nickle and diming for things like playing a game or having a snack is a testament to that customer-centric focus. Anyway. Car stuff. You can tell these guys love working on cars, and that's the reason for them being here mainly while being able to make a living. The reason for my visit, is I had just recently bought a Volvo s60 PHEV and wanted an independent inspection before committing to keep it. Volvos, especially those with a hybrid system, require a trained eye so you can't trust just any shop to evaluate. Twin City Euro has at least 1 certified Volvo tech on staff, and were able to schedule me within my purchase window, so I came to them. They did a full evaluation of my car, and helped me notice a few relatively minor cosmetic things I had not seen at first (but didn't ultimately affect my purchase), including the most minute of windshield chips... which caught now can prevent a crack later (and be serviced by the place I purchased it free). Of course, they also took it for a drive and put it through it's paces mechanically, and checked for ongoing proper maintenance, ultimately giving it a clean bill of health. It put me at ease, and also made me know, I have found my shop of choice for when I need maintenance or repairs on this vehicle. I'll be back, and would recommend other European car owners look into them for their maintenance and repair needs.

These guys really saved the day. My car that I've had less than 6 months and already paid $1800 in…read morerepairs, decided to break down again...on my way to see my family for the holidays. After initially taking it to useless Flow Volkswagen (don't ever go there...for anything...), we took it to Twin City. And unlike Flow, who's mechanics must've trained on Tonka Toys, the guys at Twin City actually lifted the dern hood and actually put their hands on the engine. They were able to correctly diagnose the problem and sadly it was catastrophic engine failure. While disappointed, their owner offered a fair price for the car, and even told me he'd fix it up to help someone else out. Don't find many car shop owner willing to do that. Needless to say, the folks at Twin City won me over and I'll be bringing my newer used Volkswagen to them for it's regular oil change next month. Thanks again to the folks at Twin City Euro, yall are top notch!
