He told me they would go away once it dried. It didn't. I called to complain; they said they'd call me back and didn't. See picture of carpet AFTER it was dried and cleaned. Oh and one more thing... he didn't move the couch off the area rug so I did it.

The scope of the work was four bedrooms and one hallway. 2. The staff recommended all the carpets be scrubbed (price increased from $35/rm to $70/rm) although in two of the four rooms there were only a few light discolorations. I was caught off guard by the suggestion and went along with it. Next time I will not use the scrub service on the lightly soiled rooms. 3. When asked about laying paper runners on which to walk while the carpet dried the staff replied they don't do that, nor did they they offer to supply protectors to place under the furniture. 4. The carpets looked excellent after the work (scrub and steam cleaning) which took about 1 1/2 hours. The cost of the job was $320.00. Carpets completely dried in about two days. 5. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars are subsumed in paragraphs 2 and 4. I will use the company for my next carpet cleaning need: however, if paragraphs 2 and 4 issues are still issues for me than I will try another service. Otherwise, they have my business.

A portion of their living room and hallway carpets needed cleaning, less than 300 square feet. Note: two years ago another service cleaned around 600 square feet for $230.00 which I thought was fair. They told me they would call me with an estimate before doing the job; they did not! I called my folks to check on things and they said the cleaners had come and gone. They charged my parents, 88 and 85 years old, $630.00, AND THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE CARPETS! This constitutes financial elder abuse in my book! My mother told me they just spread the stains around and made them worse. I confirmed that when I arrived 1 1/2 weeks later. I called to complain. They asked for the receipt, which I provided along with the check stub. After four days I called to ask for a refund as a very dissatisfied customer, the manager tried to manipulate me for more work (we don't want them back) and actually tried to make a financial wager with me, "double or nothing." Then he called back again and said he would come between 11:30 and 12:30. Then after around 10 minutes he called back and said he'll be here after 40 minutes. When he came he gave another estimate of $248.00 which is $195.00 for labor. He finished it in 30 minutes and I said it's still look dirty! He said it will look better when it dries.
