I messaged him and he came the same day to check out our vehicle. He was fast and very friendly.

called this place on Tuesday, March 10th and they said they'd scheduled an appointment for Thursday…read morethe 12th at 1pm. I get there and they say they never scheduled it, even though I literally called back the number I scheduled it from and said it never happened. Absolute horse shit. I had to take time off, which I don't get a lot of, to get this done and now I'm still without working AC and who fucking knows when I'll be able to get it fixed now. Thanks for nothing.

I appreciated that a lot and came back, but they realized the nail in the tire is in a place they can't patch, and he said they don't do plugs at their shop. He didn't charge me for any of this and actually told me of a couple other places I could try IF I wanted to try a plug versus just getting a new tire right away (the tire still had lots of life left on it). I ended up trying the plug and so far so good, but I likely will go back to Mavis when it's time to get a new tire altogether. One star off because their waiting area isn't great and when you offer services that require more of a wait like they do, they really need a better waiting area. With a toddler it's hard to keep them from touching outlets or gross surfaces. Otherwise a fine experience.

Miracle Toyota has been my go-to service center since I bought a lightly-used, 2021 Avalon in 2025…read more I did not purchase the car from this dealer, but I have always taken it there for service. Jurgen Mauras has been my service advisor since the first appointment, and he always does well to help me navigate service requirements and due dates. I'm lucky that nothing major has gone wrong with my Avalon so far, but Mr. Mauras has consistently kept me abreast of service advisory bulletins, recalls, or recommendations specific to my car. I obsessively research common problems, and Mr. Mauras has been very helpful in pointing out when I'm worried over nothing (or when it's worth a closer look). Moreover, he's always got a smile on his face when I walk in. "Service with a smile" is truly something he excels at! Service prices are always a pain point, but the guaranteed use of OEM equipment and fluids is nice security in light of the expense. I will disclaim that I've only ever had fluid changes and flushes, alignments and balances, and tire rotations at this service center. Thus, I can't speak to any major service or parts replacements. To date, I have never had an overtly negative experience at this service center.

They just showed me a video of my tire and then telling me my brakes need to be changed. I went and took off the tire and had some other mechanics look at it. I still got 20,000+ miles left on my brakes. I hope the service personnel is getting commission for stuff like this. Screwing people for the fun of it would just be next level wrong. To recap, get a second opinion before spending out $600.

I don't know a lot about cars but I get a mostly honest vibe from them here. I don't like that it seems you get some lady off-site who answers phones. There was some communication gaps between her and the technicians but overall service was friendly and good. Definitely check out coupons online. And if you have a friend at Bridgestone then hit him or her up for a friend and family discount. That saved me $$ too :)

Can you trust them? I think that is the real question when you leave your car to be serviced. We…read moreleft our car for a routine oil change and tire inspection as one tire seemed to be losing air. We had an appt. at 4 PM and left it with them; knowing their last appt was 6 PM and they closed at 7 PM. I called up there at 6:15 to see if it was ready and I was told by the associate in the store that they were "working on it now." I specifically asked if it would be ready then for me to pick up in 20 -30 minutes as we were planning to go out to eat and could pick it up before they closed. She said "YES." We got there at 6:45 only to find that our vehicle was the "NEXT IN LINE" to be serviced. Forget the 4 PM appt. (Good thing we did not wait in person!) Forget the report that they were "working on it now "(30 minutes earlier) .... obviously a lie. They did say that they would be working on it until around 8 PM. So we went to supper; they had our contact number. I was called at 8 PM and told that the tire was punctured and "not repairable" and so I would need new tire(s). They could get them the next day. Car would have to stay overnight. When we went to pick up the car the next day, my wife noticed visible scratches on the body of the car near the driver's door and the fender around the tire. The service agent joined us in the parking lot and took pictures. (As did we also.) I was told that the manager was off for the next week but would get back with me and that the assistant manager would "definitely call me the next day or at least by Sunday." He did in fact call on Sunday and reiterated that the manager was on vacation for the next week but that he would "email her with the report and attach the photos and she will address this when she returns but it may be a week." I asked if he would kindly copy me on that email, and reiterated it for him (although they have it stored from my online appointment and account data.) It's been THREE WEEKS NOW AND NO CONTACT. This is a 9 year old car and so we were not as concerned about scratches as we would have been if it were brand new. But they were visible and obviously new as they were in a place we would see them whenever getting in and out of the vehicle. So, they lied about "working on our car" when they had not started on it yet and lied about contacting us with a remedy to the vehicle damage, and so now I wonder ... was the tire really IRREPARABLE? So I think before any customer uses this establishment they need to ask themselves this question: CAN YOU TRUST THEM? As for me and my family, we will not be going back. I have already answered that question.
