I have been thinking about getting lash extensions after seeing my sister-in-law get them for her daughter's wedding. I finally decided to check it out. I read lots of good reviews on Yelp about Alexandria Lash Studio, and now I am writing my own! The studio is clean and well lit, and the staff are friendly and professional. They take all of the Covid precautions. I feel safe and well cared for. I called today to ask if they could fix something for me, and they got me in an hour later! I was so pleased with myself for remembering Jen's name when she added lashes for me. I used her name throughout our conversation so I would remember it. When I asked her if I could pay for her time, she told me they wouldn't charge me for fixing my lashes. I wanted to at least give her a tip. She refused. I told her. "OK, but I will write a great review for you." That's when she told me her name was Brittany, not Jen!! HaHa! Brittany is skilled, personable and so gracious.
