We were especially impressed by the delivery! Our delivery man (did not catch his name) went the extra mile -- he carefully took the door off the hinges so it would fit. Then he put it back on its hinges and made sure the door locked before he left. He also improvised and used my welcome mat to help scooch the couch down my tiny hallway. John and Michael wheeled the sofa up to my apartment, centered it along my living room wall, removed the bubble wrap and, voilà, my boring white living room turned into Versailles.
