I ordered a few furniture pieces. My dining room chairs came without a table. I was told that the table was coming the following day. No table never came. This was the beginning of December. It's now December 30. He's ignoring my phone calls but constantly posting on Instagram he does not Answer your DM's all he does is lie. He is so unprofessional. It's ridiculous. I took off three days so far from work and all three days he never came. He never communicated nothing I'm actually going to sue him for my days off that was taken and for wasting my time he's a thief a liar. I'm going down there today to go see if I can get my table because this is absolutely ridiculous. 25 minutes ago If I could give this store 0 stars I would. first off every encounter I had with Rafy be it in person or via phone/DM he was rude and had zero customer service skills. I spent 5000 in this store (2 queen size bedroom sets and a kitchen set) and only 1 bedroom set was delivered correctly. I had a delivery set for March 16 2020 at noon. At 1130 Rafy notified me the delivery would be on its way. At 1230 he called me back and said one of the bedroom sets had been damaged in STORAGE (During the layaway period) . Could we reschedule delivery. That was not an option as I had just thrown my beds out after he called and said the delivery was a go. He then asked if he could send pictures of we he had in stock. We did not like any of them and offered to come in and pick something possibly off the floor. After two Hours he calls back and says they are going to get the set originally ordered and my delivery would arrive at 4. At 4 pm the delivery arrived and low and behold he had sent they set we said we would not take as a replacement. I called him on it and he attempted to lie to me saying it was the set I ordered. IT WAS NOT. He said I could send it back and he would send the correct set in a few days. At this point I believe NOTHING HE SAYS. So to my mothers dismay she keeps the set she didn't want not trusting we would ever hear from this man again. And he had our money already. He also sent a mismatch kitchen set. The tAble does not go with the chairs. And he sent two different color chairs. I ordered a red glass table with red chairs. He sent me two black and two ted chairs with a black table. And to top it off he has since blocked me on social media when I voiced my disappointment in his store. Only 30 percent of my order was correct. This is a LONg REVIEW ! Where do I even begin - If I could give 0 stars for the experience, communication and product I would. But sadly 1 star is lowest. So first and foremost for the amount of money you spend it's not worth it for the product. Overall the communication is terrible from the sale representative to the "owner" and delivery drivers. I went to purchase a complete bedroom set paid in full and was told it would be delivered with in the next few days (4 days) to be exact. The day of delivery the store messages a different bedroom set and says what was initially picked is out of stock. So I decided to go back into the store and get a full refund however, they have a way of trying to avoid paying back and claiming they don't issue refund so they me to look at several other sets. While trying to look the store had other customers and a crying baby who was the child of the apparent "owner" which only made the mood more frustrating because every set seemed to be out of stock and time being wasted after a long workday. I than said yes to a set and repeated the order to confirm what was originally offered was still included and the "owner/manager" ensured it be complete and delivered in 48 hours. The day of the delivery the company drivers come to bring the product upstair and before bringing it up I asked is everything here and they swore it was. When everything upstairs I noticed a piece was missing and told them don't built stop unboxing and take it back. The delivery men called someone who was supposed have the manager contact me in 15 minutes. long story short the "owner/manager" or boss whoever is in charge never called and I was already over the fact that the product wasn't anything worth the price we paid. we asked for the product to be picked up and refunded and that when everything went crazy. The manager/owner claimed we are in the wrong not him or his company and that in order for us to send this order back we needed to pay 35% or deduct 35%of the whole fee of the order. Like how is the CUSTOMER responsible for the screw up of the store or warehouse or whoever ? Like this is not how someone does business - it was to the point I was willing to cut my ties and take the loss of 900$ to just get this shit out and over with. The amount of frustration, lack of communication skills from the whole entire store really gave a bad experience. I bought the most beautiful king size all mirror and leather bedroom set. I love that the delivery guys set the furniture up. My husband and I feel like royalty sleeping in this exquisite set. Also, I purchased a bedroom set for my daughter with mirror accent and diamond gems. She absolutely loves it. It has been about nine months yet I still enjoy picking up new decor to go with out new richly looking pieces. I plan to visit again for an uncommon coffee table. I would not recommend this furniture store to anyone. I was excited to purchase furniture from the store due to their advertisement however customer service skills are non existent. I Oder items from the store and as of today i still have not received my merchandise. This furniture store is still currently trying to charge me for items in which i did not receive. When i called on numerous occasions to try and get them to bring me back my items the young lady who answered the phone informed that "i was not waiting long and should no be complaining". Nightstand broken and fixed twice (still broken)... Bed broke on 5/19/21 (1 day after 10 day warranty was up.. How convenient)... Bed fixed on 6/8 and now is uneven and still broken... ZERO STARS!!! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED BU THE BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS ON INSTAGRAM!! I bought a couch and loveseat from Samira in July/August of 2018 and was very satisfied with my purchase. In March of 2019 I went back to Samira to purchase matching dining chairs that were advertised at $99 on their Instagram page. When I get to the store, the owner Raffi said that only one particular color of chair was on sale even though several different colors of chairs were pictured in the advertisement. Despite the fact that I was the victim of bait and switch, I needed the dining chairs and went ahead and purchased 4 dining chairs in the color that I needed at full price and was told that my delivery should arrive 2 days later. The next day, I received a text from a random cell phone number asking if it was ok to deliver my chairs that day. My husband and I rearranged our schedules so that one of us would be home to receive the delivery. A few hours later, I received another text from the same number asking if I could send them a picture of my store credit card that I used to make the purchase and a picture of my driver's license for their records. They claimed that the reason they needed my license was because the credit card company request that information and that they would be unable to deliver my merchandise unless and until I provided them a copy of my license. I then contacted the credit card company via phone and they confirmed that once you apply for credit through them, there is no reason for neither Samira or the credit card company request that information again. The credit card company also confirmed that the transaction had already posted to my account and that the merchandise was paid in full and that Samira as a business isn't allowed to withhold the delivery of merchandise for the reason they stated. I reiterated this information via text to Samira and they said that if they did not receive a copy of my license they would not release my furniture for delivery. I asked via text if they had a copy of my license from my previous purchase and they admitted they did. I told them that my license was still valid, that my address, name, DOB, etc. was still the same so there was no need for me to provide a second copy. They texted back that I needed to come in or send a picture of my license for them to make the delivery. I took a picture of my license and the card but blacked out my driver's license number and my DOB. They texted back that this was unacceptable and that they needed an unaltered image even though they admitted they have a current unaltered copy of my license. About an hour later, Samira texted to say that the delivery person would call me when they were close to my house. I was still waiting to hear back from either Samira or the delivery person and I texted Samira to ask when I could expect delivery as t was around 7:45pm that evening. They texted back, "My manager doesn't want to release merchandise until you come in with the ID." I then asked to cancel my transaction and credit my account and did not hear back. I sent a text to either credit my account or deliver my merchandise the next day and they have ceased all communication with me. It's now 4 days after my purchase and I still have no chairs, no refund, no nothing. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and disputed the charge with the credit card company. Besides that I found the same chairs on Amazon for 1/2 the price so as soon as I get this resolved I will order them from Amazon. Coming to this furniture store was the biggest mistake I made this year. Like many , I got fooled by the glamorous photos on Instagram and their celebrity clientele like Cardi B and Yandy. I bought a bed frame from them in January and I paid for it to be assembled and the delivery guy just left the frame at my door. They obviously get free or discounted merchandise in exchange for promotion on their site. When I get there I found out that despite the picture showing several different colors of chairs in the photo but when I got there only these ugly green chairs were selling at $99. A day later, they texted me to see if they could deliver the chairs that day. My husband and I moved our schedules so someone would be home and after that I got another text from them saying that they needed me to text a picture of my drivers license. The charges had already gone through and were posted to my account, they already had a copy of my non-expired license from a previous purchase less than 6 months prior so why did they need an additional image of my license? Nobody ever said anything about it not being available in the color that I wanted. I received the furniture in a different fabric and finish than I requested. When I called back it took weeks to finally reach "Chris" the manager. He never calls back! What kind of customer service is that?!?! I am voicing an extreme complaint about the delivery personal of Samira Furniture. I have been waiting for a furniture delivery all day. I have called the store several times and no one has answered . The first call I received was stating my sons bed will not be delivered today because it was not received in time. I'm not understanding why this call was given on the same day of my scheduled delivery. Next I spoke to a representative at 4 pm and I was told the driver was 1 hour away. The delivery personal then called me at 5 pm and asked for my address, which should be located on my work order. He stated he did not speak english and put and English speaking person on the phone whom then requested that I text my address to the number because the receipt was not legible, which I did. It is now 12:47 am I have called the drivers and texted them several times thought the day in English and Spanish and did not receive a response. I have also tried to contact Samira Furniture and was unsuccessful. This is a complete disservice and inconvenience to my family. My children and I are forced to sleep on blankets on the floor tonight ! I did not receive any notification from Samira Furniture or their drivers. In addition my building I has a doorman that contacts tenants regarding deliveries and provides access to the loading dock. I used this company thinking they were reputable however my experience differs. They take your money and tell you everything will be delivered on a date both parties agreed on then the day of you get a call saying half of your order is incomplete. I ordered 2 bedroom sets, 1 dining room set and a living room set. I only got one complete bedroom set the other I had to go to the store and fight with them and they made me select a different set instead bc that's all they had in stock. The table to the dining room set was missing, one of the couches came with out the legs, the chair to the living room set was missing, the bench to one of the bedroom sets was missing. At the store they said everything would be delivered on a Saturday and whatever was missing would be delivered on the following Thursday. I'm so disappointed. I don't even know where to begin. First of all Sara is very unorganized. The store tells you furniture is going to be delivered and never gets delivered. I have 3 months waiting for furniture that every day when I call. They tell me next week, next week, next week.. If you call the store, The phones are never working and when you go to the store you realize your order from 3 months ago was never even placed and you already paid to the financing company. You ask them for a copy of the receipt for your furniture and they tell you they lost it and have no records of it. They have all the time in the world to be posting online but don't even answer your Calls and keep you posted on the delivery. I do not recommend this store to anyone. ok so i went into the store on fordham rd in the bronx on 03/05/2020 because i wanted some new furniture.. a sofa and a dinner table to be exact. they were so helpful initially with helping me and my husband pick out the furniture. i paid them in full for the items and were promised to have them delivered by wednesday 3/11/2020. i called them on wednesday to ask what time they would be delivering my items in which they told me it would be delivered after 1pm. thursday came and i have no furniture so i called them... i was advised that my delivery was delayed because they did not have the right table. i ordered a round coaster table and they had rectangle... the assured me that by the end of the day on 3/12 i would receive my delivery . the delivery people came at 9pm to deliver the furniture and it was the wrong table !!! the table was rectangular and is too big for my place. the following day on 3/13 i had my husband walk in and advise them with pictures (that are time and date stamped) that the table that was delivered was not the table we ordered. they apologized and assured a new table would be delivered the following day. friday came.... no table . we called and they stated we should have it by tuesday 3/17/20 .... tuesday came... we called and they advised that for sure wednesday 3/18/20 our table will be delivered.... well today is wednesday and still no table... my husband called today 3/18/20 and was advised they have no delivery guy and could we please wait till saturday to have the correct table delivered . not one time did they call us to tell us there was an issue. each time its us hunting them down. my husband has to call because they blocked my number from calling. at this point my husband keeps asking for my permission for him and his cousins to run up in there and punch them in the face but i keep advising them not to. i have already started a police report as well as contacted my lawyer. i want what i paid for ! i do not recommend them at all to anyone. this is a scam and i really regret purchasing from them without searching them on yelp first read more
