I dropped off a package here exactly a week ago, on 1/31/26 at 10:20am and this is confirmed on the tracking but somehow my package containing $230 shoes disappeared and never made it to their destination. Per the tracking, the shoes never left the store and there was no explanation when I called both the store and UPS corporate to try and figure out what happened. Since UPS was no help despite being the last to be in possession of the package, I ended up having to involve the recipient/retailer I was returning these shoes to for a refund. Such a headache and quite the disheartening ordeal! I will be using a different UPS location from now on... read more

I can only comment on my experience in doing returns here. The staff are friendly and the return process is very easy. For items that have been purchased from Amazon, you can use their kiosk machine, but other returns you just get in line and an employee will scan the return QR code or barcode. Many of the returns I've done did not require me to repackage the item. UPS did that for me, which is super convenient. What I also like about this location is that there is a parking lot. It's a small parking lot, but this location hasn't ever gotten busy with the handful of times I've been here. I also have been here at different times. My return process literally took less than 5 minutes from start to finish. You also get a receipt to track your return. read more

I came in a few days before Christmas for a few printouts. It was obviously busy because of the season. Regardless, the customer service went above and beyond. They gave me personalized assistance and I ended up walking out with a better version of my printouts than I had in mind. I was very happy with how they helped me and made the whole process seamless. read more

I tried to drop off packages at another UPS store but couldn't find parking near it. I happened to pass by this one. Parking was easy. a month ago. decided to ship my grandson's birthday gift from this location. few friends already warn me about this location. The gal said. they can't ship this because of the paper bag wrap. It was a really thick paper wrap. She said because of the color of the wrap. Is brown paper wrap. Thats the policy. This massage is for the owner Harsit Patel and Diyva Patel. I don't usually go to this UPS store location only because there is other locations closer to where I live. I came to this location mostly just because I was trying to help drop off a package for someone and also do some grocery shopping in the same plaza. Out of all the UPS stores I've been to this is the only one that I was actually greeted and ask if I was ready and if I and needed help. The person that was helping me, his name was Gus. He was a nice guy and he was helpful, showing patience in explaining the process and the situation and I noticed that before me he was helping a lady who also appreciated his service as well.. Lack of service! I went to this store to return Amazon packages. There were no lines and 2 people at the register. I pulled out the QR code on my phone and the worker was about to scan the code then stopped and stated "there is a machine to use over there to scan your packages". I replied, thank you but I have never done that and I don't choose to do that can you please help me here at the register. He said he couldn't help me and my only option was to use the machine. My reply was, I don't choose to do that I will go to another store. He did ask to help me with the machine but the reality is I don't work for UPS and as a customer I am asking that you scan my packages. In my experience stores will direct you to the machine if you are waiting in line. However, I was not waiting in line and was the only customer at the register. A huge waste of time. The store on Ocean Ave in San Francisco is typically my go to store. The guys over there are Amazing and the customer service is Excellent. read more

I was looking for a place that had ups boxes to ship something out with. Came to this store asking if they had ups boxes, the two guys behind the counter look at me then at each other like they didn't know what a ups box was. Then the chubbier of the two decides to go thru a menu and starts to suggest a packing service. Then he looks at the other guy for reassurance. Then decides to tell me it was going to cost $40. All I needed was a box. Be careful if this is how this store is going to keep their business going by filling up their pockets and register for unsolicited service. The worst customer service Kai and an overweight man with a beard was extremely rude, I do have their info. Really and incredible bad, both at them lazy, rude and incredible non professional, I would definitely spread the word of how bad is this place! I dropped off Amazon items for return at this location (even watched the clerk scan the correct item and barcode off of my phone). A month later Amazon notifies me that they did not receive the correct item and charged me for the item. I will never use this location again as they have lost my trust. read more

This UPS store goes way above and beyond. I was packing for a trip to Japan with my mom and had to return some items to Amazon before I left. In my rush my passport fell into the packaging and long story short the owner did not have to help me but went way out of his way to make sure I could make my 5am flight even though it meant he had to return to the store at 9pm! I have to go to UPS frequently and I always go to this location on Hickey. The office is clean and bright. All of the staff are friendly, fast and knowledgeable, especially Colleen. Every time I've seen her, she always has on a smile and has been incredibly helpful. They might not realize such a small gesture can make such a big impact but it really does. They're an essential business in our every day lives, they do it with a smile and it's truly appreciated. Just to add, I actually live closer to the Westborough location but when I tried going there in the past, the expression on the older East Asian lady seemed like "what the hell do you want?" Dropping off takes less than a minute if you do as much legwork before coming in. If possible, prepay online, print your own labels, and box-up your shipment before coming in to save time spent at the counter. Pack and seal your packages at home or BYO packing tape to spare yourself from getting nickel and dimed for all the incidentals. Pleasantly surprised by Mr Patel's new lease on customer service life. I always dread having to come to this UPS Store but would do so despite the abuse for its convenient location on the corner of Hickey & El Camino Real (by Costco, next door to El Zocalo, across Jack In The Box). Today, however, Mr. Patel was extraordinarily pleasant, courteous, and patient; He even made eye contact and small talk! Which, unfortunately, is the polar opposite of all my previous horrific, short tempered, impatient encounters with him throughout the years here. He was so consistently unpleasant each time, that before walking in, I'd have to pause and woosah, preparing for the eminent negative experience, reminding myself to refuse to take his rudeness personally. Maybe he's in love? Maybe he's having a good hair day? Maybe he finally saw all the frustrated Yelpers putting his bad business on front street and decided to up the ante with positive reviews and positive experiences. In any case, if today's awesome experience is any indication of what to expect in the future, I'll be back here more often for my notary & UPS needs. HOURS: Open until 630pm daily, closed Sunday's. NOTARY PUBLIC: Mr. Patel is the store's Notary Public and charges the going rate of $10 per signature. UPS SERVICES: * Next Day delivery items are picked up every day at ~430pm; * 2-Day delivery is picked up ~6pm each evening.
