Very friendly clientele made her feel welcomed! I was expecting an ordinary haircut, but my hairdresser, Ashley, made me fall in love with my hair all over again. I've been to a few different salons in the Perth Amboy/Woodbridge area & decided to try something new. She was very delicate yet experienced, giving me advice to maintain healthy hair. Ashley was also considerate when it came to cutting my hair, remembering my hair type/texture, while remembering what I was looking for! Many prior hairdressers have cut my hair far too short, add too many layers, or just don't see my vision. And if i'm being truthfully honest, I've never had that "wow" moment when being turned around in a salon chair until today. Mark my words, this won't be my last time here!

I was greeted immediately when I walked in and the hair dresser that I was scheduled with took me back to wash my hair literally right after. She thoroughly washed my hair and washed it well. My haircut was drastic but was very quick! Emilia knew exactly what I wanted when I said it and suggested what would look better on me. Another employee dried my hair. Her and I had some funny conversations along with Fabiano. It made the time fly by and I could tell these were genuine conversations and not the ones that some hair dressers just try to start just to break the silence. I was super pleased with my drastic haircut and loved how it was done! Another customer who was also getting her hair cut by Emilia commented and said she really liked it also! I even got a compliment that my hair looked healthy and I didn't even have any product in it. I found a mutual interest in Marvel movies with Fabiano and thoroughly enjoyed our conversations. Regardless of the number of employees managed, professionalism, communication, and emotional control are essential in any leadership role. The business was originally built by your father, who treated both customers and employees with professionalism and respect. When customers are banned for providing feedback, it reflects poorly on the culture of the business and ultimately impacts both customers and staff. In case you are not aware, there are many businesses that offer the same services. This is not about losing a customer, but about losing the opportunity to receive constructive feedback that helps a business improve. As a former loyal customer, I also recall overhearing workplace discussions during services that involved concerns from employees, including conversations related to their tip handling and management practices. These were not isolated comments, and they contributed to a broader impression of employee dissatisfaction. When internal concerns become visible to customers, it is worth reflecting on workplace culture and communication. If private conversations are not properly managed in a public-facing environment, customers will inevitably hear things that were not intended for them. From a shampoo to a scalp treatment, I felt very pampered. The young lady that did my haircut was warm and friendly and she made what little hair I have look better. That was a miracle. One of the kindest was a manager/owner and she walked me through the different kind of hair treatments available. I left in tears as I was so happy to finally have a natural looking wig. The woman who did my facial was very nice, she did try to upsell me on a "brightening facial" twice while doing my treatment but I had to decline because I get peels and facials from my dermatologist office that is covered under my insurance. After the treatment they gave me collagen sheet mask. I've gotten a few dermaplane treatments from Groupon on the past, they always coming with cleansing and separate custom facial beforehand but it seems like here they try to upsell you for that. This is probably the worst dermaplane I've ever had. Unfortunately I left with several tiny cuts on face. I know that it could happen accidentally but it was more than 3 separate spots and my whole face is very sensitive now. I am very disappointed and will not be back in the future.
