It looks like it has a burn mark in it. He promised to put me ahead of anyone else to fix the issue, but when I reached out I got the runaround and he had to take care of other cars first.. Time is very limited on my end so I couldn't be as flexible. I honestly don't even trust it a third time. I actually want to give this place 2.5 stars. On the one hand, the price of the service was very…read morereasonable and affordable, and the film looked like it was applied well. The person who helped me seemed nice and was transparent about removing the stickers I had so they could place the film. On the other hand, I looked in the backseat and saw there were scuff marks/ black marks left on my seats---and since the seats are made of cloth, I don't know how easily they'll get out. I don't know why they didn't use film or paper to cover the seats while they worked on the back window. They never called or texted me to tell me that my car was done. I was waiting for a few hours, and it was only after I called them first that they told me the car was ready. They had my number too. Overall the film was quality, but they should keep in mind that customers need to know when their cars are ready, and that we don't have time to clean our own seats that they dirtied up in the first place.

Not only are they quick and friendly, but they take great care in making sure your car is in the same condition as when you left it with them. I came here two years ago originally to get my side windows tinted for the first time, and they carefully explained to me my options and how it works. It took them less than 2 hours . Now, I recently had a problem with the tint on one of my windows due to issues my car has, being in the sun so much, and they fixed it right up within 20 minutes and even cleaned up the rest of my windows (which were very dirty) for no extra charge. I offered to tip but was immediately rejected and told that I am a valued customer and a tip was unnecessary. These guys value their customers and take pride in their work. All the previous reviews go to prove that. I've already recommended people in my family to get their tints here, and 1-2 years later, no problems whatsoever.
