And so far, we were serviced within a reasonable time & we were charged $140 all-in for the oil-change using Liqui-moly oil. Jaime did recommend for a brake flush but did not push for it, leaving us room to decide for next time. The lot is full of European cars that needed service & this may indicate the number of people using their service. So for now, the four-stars is only because we the car did not need a major repair. We will see if for next time, they should earn the five-stars. But we are surely coming back.

The receptionist immediately helped us get everything set up with insurance and made everything feel incredibly straightforward and organized. Since insurance covered the repairs (no fee on our end), we especially appreciated how much care and quality went into the work as they easily could have done the bare minimum... Communication throughout was clear, and we always felt like we knew what was happening with the repair timeline. The turnaround time was about 1.5 to 2 weeks. When we got the car back, the front looked completely restored like nothing had ever happened. The paint matching and body work looked seamless. The biggest surprise was that they had also detailed the car inside and out before returning it to us. The interior was spotless, the exterior was shining, and honestly the car looked better than it had in months. It felt like getting a brand new car back. Accidents are never fun, but having a repair shop that's efficient, communicative, and genuinely goes the "extra mile" makes a huge difference. I decided to proceed with Diamond Hills because they provided me a reasonable price and a great turnaround time. They were also willing to work around my busy work schedule. I just picked up my car and the bumper looks completely brand new! They estimated my car repair to be complete within 5 business days but they got it done a day earlier! I highly recommend Diamond Hills Collision! They are located near an Enterprise, which provides free pick ups and drop offs at Diamond Hills, which was very convenient since I needed a rental car while my car was being repaired. Most importantly, I would come back here because of their great staff! Tony was very communicative and provided me updates on my car throughout the week. Connie was very kind and friendly and helped me coordinate my Enterprise reservation. I would definitely come back here next time for my future repair needs!

To begin with the estimate seemed incredibly high for what the damages were. Since it was the place our insurance recommended, we figured that they must be good and fair, so we trusted their estimate. At this point it should be said that we were not at fault in the accident we were involved in, so we knew we were only going to have to pay the deductible and would get that back eventually, so we stuck with Diamond Hills. Unfortunately, our experience did not go well. 1- Most communication regarding price estimates, confirmation of work to be done or timeframes for completion were initiated by us. Despite being told our rep would contact us for approval to start repairs and keep us informed throughout the process, on most occasions we had to call him first. 2 - When we were called and notified that our vehicle was ready for pick-up, later that same day they discovered they had broken the tail light during reconstruction of the car. We are appreciative that they discovered it before we did and they fixed it before returning the vehicle to us, but it did it take an extra day to get it back. 3 - After repairs were complete and during the final assessment of repairs, we noticed a small spot that was missed when they painted the bumper. We were told they would fix it, but when we came back the next day they had tried to only touch up that one spot and crated a more noticeable smudge instead. Even a tech admitted to my husband he would not want a smudge like it on his car, so they needed to repaint it again. 4 - They needed to remove the windshield sensor system during repairs, but they did not put it back together properly so it rattled and might have popped off when driving if we hadn't noticed it first. They did fix it after we pointed it out to them. 5 - This one is the one that made me finally decide to follow through with a review. While driving on the freeway my husband went to pull down the visor to block the sun and the visor completely pulled off and dangled from the socket in the vehicle's roof lining. He had to drive toward the sun, one handed-to prevent the dangling visor from blocking his view- back the collision center to get it fixed immediately. They did apologize and fixed it promptly, which we appreciate. Our experience here was not one that would have us recommend this location to anyone. We are not confident that other issues won't come up, as little but significant things keep happening. We have needed collision repairs in the past, enough to know this is not a typical experience. We regret not driving a little further to take it to a place we've used previously for better results. Overall, the body repairs to our car were completed well and the car looks good, but it feels like they either rush or are careless about some details unrelated to body work that for us ended up with mistakes that could have potentially compromised safety. I will say, I feel the other positive reviews may be due to a "rewards" system they push when you drop off your car and again when paying, that offers you money back for certain amounts of money spent. I can see how that could be enticing, but I couldn't understand how it benefited them as a business. Since we were going through our insurance, I declined to participate and the woman seemed a little irritated that I did. In the future if we need collision repairs again, we will be going elsewhere.

So I told him that I had called a window shop on facebook marketplace located close by and they said my window was a special order and it wasn't Milgard he then said it would be ready in 2 days for $280 I then walked in to the Milgard shop I gave him the measurements and he pointed out a Milgard window in the show room that it would look like. I gave him the total amount he quoted me which was $60 dollars more than the other none Milgard brand. He said he could have done within one week because he does a lot of business with special orders and bulk amounts of windows. Two weeks later nothing no call nothing. I called him and he seriously for got to order my window. He called me back the next day and said the window will be ready in 2 days. I picked up the window without looking for the Milgard logo as it was wrapped up and I had my handy man waiting at my house ready to install it.. After my guy installed it, I then proceeded to notice it wasn't a Milgard window. I called him back and he said I never ordered a Milgard window..and to show him the receipt when he never gave me one. Why would I go through all that trouble to go to a Milgard window shop and pay more. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.. I see why him and his brother had a falling out and went their separate ways.. He lies, greed and and a good faith hand shake on a deal is worthless... As you can see this window doesn't have the Milgard logos or the made on date warranty numbers on it... Again check all your windows as he might sneak in a cheaper window.
