I had a birthday party for my granddaughter June 20. I ordered a waterslide jumper a snowcone machine and chairs. The chairs were filthy not in good shape. The snow cone machine did not work. (And it was dirty) I called them to let them know that it didn't work . At 5 o'clock he said he was on his way to bring me another one. The party started at 2. At this point I told him To forget about it we were getting ready to have cake and ice cream and it was too late . I packed up the machine and gave him back his supplies : the two syrups that he provided and Styrofoam cups and asked for a refund on it I wish I would've taken pictures of the chairs but I didn't. I've texted many times, he's not answering me I would not recommend these people at all Before the party when I would text him he would always answer now that he's got my money he doesn't answer. read more

I recommend to go somewhere else, pretend like this business doesn't even exist. Save yourself the hassle of having to keep calling to keep driving by to see if they decided to show up to work . Worst experience renting equipment. I rented 50 chairs, 4 tables and a heater for new years eve. I received a confirmation text the day before delivery to confirm everything and all the information regarding delivery and pick up. I confirmed the drop off and they delivered the equipment the 31st as they said they would. When they dropped everything off, they put the heater together and we all noticed that the pan at the top of the heater was missing a bolt so it was leaning to the side, when we mentioned it to the man that delivered everything he said it would take too much time to go get the missing piece and come back. I called the office and explained the situation and the man said he would have someone fix it. No one ever came, I called again and no one answered so I left a message. As we start to set up for the party, we noticed that one of the chairs was broken and we weren't able to use it and when we tried to start the heater it would not start lit without holding down the knob. We improvised and taped the knob down but it was extremely ugly and inconvenient and it still had the tilted pan. They were supposed to pick it up on January 1st and no one came. The next day, 1/2/20 they called and text that they were on their way to pick everything up, I told them that no one would be home and that they were supposed to come yesterday. The driver said that I would be charged $15 because they would have to come back out since no one would be home. Customer service just keeps getting worse. I called the office and spoke to Guadalupe, explained all of the situations and she apologized for everything. She said she would send a driver out and they would have to check the heater to make sure it didnt work in order to get any type of refund. She said after the driver checks it, he would call her and then they can decide what to do. When the driver Andrew showed up, he checked the heater and agreed that it did not work. He said I would have to go to the office for any refund. I called and text Guadalupe to see if this is correct and to set up a time to come and since the 2nd she has not answered any texts or calls. Never again!!! Zero rating but sadly I wonder if they care now that they got my money. Ordered a water slide for my daughters sweet 16, the thing leaked like a sieve! Even with two hoses in the pool party to give kids something to splash into we couldn't keep water in it. We called them out 2x to complain and all we got was this is normal. It is not normal when neighbors all saying hey you got major water coming out of your back yard. Everything was a muddy mess in my yard!!! They didn't even have the decency to offer a partial credit! Ok so I had originally ordered chairs from Castillo's rental a week in advance... had text confirmation.. Saturday they were supposed to deliver by 10am... I blew up their phone and texted them... 11am I called Alex's rental and the lady I spoke to said yes they have the chairs no extra charge for last min.... she gave me a price I was happy with and gave me a delivery price I was happy with.... after hanging up she text me back with their agreement text... it's pretty lengthy but totally understand why they have it in place. All businesses should be doing this to cover their butts. I agreed to the agreement and within 15 minutes the truck was here and the men were very professional and prompt.... even when they picked up the chairs the next day they called Bertie they arrived and very professionally removed the items.... I just want to say thank you so much... you were a life saver and calmed my stress level... I have deleted the other number... and will be using Alex's rental in the future... read more

We have ordered here a couple times. The jumpers are clean, and the delivery drivers have always been pleasant and communicate well. We placed an order and paid the balance in full on a Thursday for our party on Saturday. On Friday my household got Covid so I called the store to let them know. I asked the lady (Lupe) how we can go about getting a possible deposit back or maybe a credit for a future party. She stated she would check with the owner and someone would call me. I never received a call and I have called 2 times and left messages and also sent two text messages. Nobody has called me back! It's sad to see their all for customers when they are making money but can't return calls or texts. Their receipt does say 7 day cancellation is required for store credit however given the unprecedented times we are in, I feel they should be understanding. I would've at least appreciated a call or text back telling me a credit or money back was not possible instead of just leaving us hanging! $80 wasted. It's a shame. I will be trying another rental place in the future. read more

I made reservations with Alex's jumpers for tables and chairs for a family get together.They missed the drop off time failed to deliver at all, and made no attempts to correct the mistake leaving us High dry with nothing but excuses of their error. When I booked the jumper, tables & chairs via text with Lupe she told me it would be $85 for the package I wanted and also a $15 delivery charge but I had to go into the store and put a $40 deposit down. I asked her if it was okay if I just paid the guy in full when they dropped everything off Sunday. She assured me it would be fine just cash only which was fine by me. I received the 1st call at 7:57 am from them and said there was another order before me and they are running behind that they would be delivering within the next 15-20 minutes. I told them that was fine if they can be here between 8:30-8:45am. He said Yes, that works perfect for them. 2nd call @ 8:36am they were on the way... last call @ 9:36am one hour later they finally made it! Their shop is 13 minutes away.. I don't understand why it took them this long to finally arrive. My event started at 10:00am still waiting for tables & the chairs. So when they finally arrived there was a driver & someone in the passenger seat. The driver does not speak much English but everything that came out of his mouth was VERY RUDE. The one in the passenger seat asked where they will be seating everything up? If it was outside or inside. I let him know it was inside the community but its an open yard. The one in the passenger seat asked if I spoke Spanish I said no. The driver said " I DONT CARE LADY WE CAN'T DELIVER HERE" Said they've delivered here before and it was too much for them, too many people and they don't want their jumper to get ruin! I told them they can come inside the courtyard and see its an open yard and its okay. The driver kept yelling and said he doesn't care. Asked me if I told Lupe it was a senior community.I told them yes. That was the first thing I told her; was where I was calling from. If they delivered here before then they would've seen the address and know they've been here. I've been here for 3 years and NEVER have we ordered a jumper ever before. So I know for a fact they were not telling the truth. The driver kept telling me He does not care to call Lupe to figure it out. Turned around and DROVE OFF.. not even leaving me the tables & chairs. So my event didn't have chairs or tables... I texted the one in the passenger seat since he called me three times and I asked if they can leave me the tables & chairs and he said to let Lupe know so she can figure it out. I called Lupe left her a voicemail also sent her a text message didn't hear back from her. It's the Tuesday April 16 (two days later) 2:37pm and I still have not herd back..
