As someone who's been through an accident, you're already dealing with enough stress. The last thing you need is someone making you feel like you're just another call on a list. I've worked in customer service before, so I know how important tone and empathy are. During the call, I even told her, "Please don't make smart or snarky remarks when you're talking to potential clients."
