FREE worthwhile museum, open until 6pm most nights!…read more I had exactly one hour (not enough time) at this museum before we needed to leave for a 3:30pm showtime at the State Theater NJ, which is an easy 15-min walk away. While a great stop to pair with theater, an hour is not enough time to see the full permanent collection let alone the temporary exhibits. I recommend at least 2h for this museum. The Soviet art was very exciting to me. I love Russian 20th C writers as well as those of the two centuries before. But this collection focuses on the times of Solzhenitsyn and just after Chekhov / Tolstoy. It was so wonderful to see the visual art counterpart to the literary works of the era. The Zimmerli Art Museum at Rutgers University offers FREE admission to everyone (as does nearby Princeton Art Museum). However, in both cases, you need to research parking because this is all overwrought university town systems, designed to nickel-and-dime, wasting your day navigating garages for available spots, adding apps to pay, or keeping track of tickets. I digress for this nuisance that really beats fun out of the experience. Nonetheless, the museum itself is a worthy stop if you are in the area. I highly recommend pairing with a visit to Rutgers Gardens (see my other reviews), just a 7min drive away, with free admission and a free parking lot!

The owner of the shop was immediately helpful, making suggestions on how best to photograph the picture and he even set up an easel and cleared a space in the display room. Wow! I finished my work before the Picasso owner arrived and I learned that he had been using this framing shop for not just years, but decades. The atmosphere was NYC chic but the pretension level was zero ... customer focused, problem solving, and friendly. I took advantage of the owner's expertise and asked what kind of picture hangers would he recommend for a heavy work I had just found at a flea market. He asked a few questions, then went into the work atea with two serious hangers in his hand. I offered to pay for them and he just smiled! We need to encourage the people who have the customer focus and professionalism of this small but impressive frame shop. Good advice and quality products ... give these folks a try. Very highly recommended.

Many reels had started to deteriorate. The company that works with their film digitizing went beyond the safety to pick up personally and contain them through the careful return. Film restoration was crisp and clean with great shading and color where appropiaie. Value for not only the quality of the work but for the care put into the final sparkling outpouring. A true 10 out of the 10! Using Everpresent, from the time we brought them into the time we picked the finished, they never left the compaies. The films had never been sent by mail. Rare film can't go through the mails. Owner has pride and it really shows, priceless!

My husband and I wanted a venue we could bring our own catering into and have a comfortable size wedding we can put our own touch on - rather than the typical catering hall. This is a completely DIY space, however they do provide tables, chairs. Everything else you bring in yourself, which is exactly what we wanted. Pictures don't do this place justice, the light that comes through the windows and how open and spacious it feels made us really fall in love with Greenhouse Loft. It also has a really unique vibe with the old wooden floors, factory windows, and the painted brick walls. I was in constant communication with Arnold and Veronica throughout the whole experience. We met with Arnold at the venue multiple times and was more than happy to walk though everything with us. Veronica was absolutely amazing with corresponding to emails and going over details as well as handing any questions and concerns I had. By the week of the event I was completely confident in all the arrangements made since Veronica made sure to go over everything with me. The wedding couldn't have gone better and smoother. Getting into the venue was easy and all the vendors were able to find the venue. It helps to have that driveway space leading to the door so they had access right to the door to load/unload. Our photographer had a field day with the natural lighting and our guests gave us so many compliments the space itself and how awesome it was. We even had a few people who loved it so much they we talking about having their own parties there. Veronica and Arnold went above and beyond and made this experience a breeze. They even surprised us with a personalized sign that was put in front of the driveway leading guests inside. When we needed anything they were quick to help us the day of too. If I had to provide any negative it would be that we had a few people uninvited come into the venue without our consent during the wedding. We had to tell them to leave since it was a private event. Even though we had a sign that said a wedding was going on, possibly roping off the driveway once the party begins would definitely help solve that issue. That single negative though held no bearing to how amazing our wedding was, how much we loved the venue, and how great Veronica and Arnold were at helping to coordinate the event. DON'T HESITATE TO BOOK YOUR PARTY HERE!!

From management to pay and service, it's a seamless experience. A lot love and care goes in to the preparation of the space before and after events to make sure it is clean and ready to use for the next client. People typically rent the space to host various music events, conferences, meetings, religious gatherings, special occasions such as wedding or bar mitzvah parties and it's even a great spot to film in! I plan to do more events here soon.
