When I called to report on May 20 after paying another 1k to get it repaired they promised to reimburse. It's July 19th and paperwork was submitted July 5th. Still awaiting approvals as of today. Every correspondence has been lead by me. No communication or just genuine "we wronged the customer, let's make it right" attitude. Very disappointing.
