I had a 9:00 AM appointment scheduled and received no communication that there was a delay or cancellation. At 9:30, I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on. The response I received was that it was raining "here" and that was why they were waiting. No location, no updated arrival time, and no communication before the appointment time. The issue wasn't the weather. The issue was the lack of communication. A mobile car wash business deals with weather every day. A simple message before the scheduled appointment time would have avoided wasting a potential future lifelong customer's time as this was our first appointment. After I explained that my concern was the lack of communication, I received an "understand" response, but no apology for the lack of notice or communication. Excellent service and great value for a full vehicle detail in the South Houston area. Ruben was able to accommodate me last minute for a full detail prior to selling my vehicle. The interior was vacuumed, shampooed, and all surfaces and windows were spotless. The exterior was washed and waxed well including all door gaps and edges. I briefly chatted with Alfaro's Detailing on Yelp and decided to scheduled a 9am appointment. They arrived at 8:55 so I was already impressed. I haven't had my car detailed since I bought it in 2017 and it looks GREAT!!!! They cleaned and shined every nook and cranny and in the process even discovered a belt and an eyeglass case that I don't remember losing. The best hand car wash we received, very quick to respond & quick to make time to come out & very very detailed, have had both vehicles detailed on which is newer & the other 10years he has made both cars look brand new & our new car we jokingly said he did a better job detailing it than the dealership did when purchased but he did do a better job. We have used his services twice now & will continue to do so. read more
