There were 2 gents that brushed the car of excess debris, then as it began to be pulled forward on the belt one of them yells have a nice day. Once done, I jumped out my vehicle to collapse my side mirrors and into a line I went. It was a Saturday afternoon, and despite being probably 10 cars deep, the line went quickly. Wash was thorough and not too loud. I've gone through some really loud express washes before, and it almost sounded like gunshots hitting your car. Not the case at Ocean. Once you pull out, there are two attendants waiting to dry your car off. They're quick and left my car spotless. When I came to pick my car back up, there was still vomit caked into the carpets that I specifically requested be cleaned the most thoroughly, so I made them take it back and fix it and actually remove it which they did and apologized. I take my car home because they were closing and took photos of everything they did not clean. Did not even touch the seatbelt, still had vomit caked on it completely. Did not clean between the seats at all, seemed like they wiped this really oily cleaner all over the center console but did not actually get anything out of the steering wheel or parts of the dash. $100 for this? I'm going back tomorrow for either them fixing their mistakes or a partial refund.

They bent my door. When I brought it to the managers attention he said they didn't lock the keys in the car. I said I saw them so we went the office to look on the camaras, and we could see them trying to unlock it. Then he said the door was like that when I got there. I told him it was not and that I have pictures of where I just picked up the new car a couple of weeks ago. I asked to file a claim and he said the owner had that info and that he would call me the next day. Well, I got no call.
