So I just had to give this place a try after hearing my mother brag so much about how good they were. Of course I just had too see what all the hype was about!! I went there on a Sunday morning. They opened up at 9am, but I got there around 8:45am. I've passed by this place too many times to count and there were always packed! I told myself I wasn't going to be waiting for hours, so I wanted to be first! What do you know???! I sure wasn't the first one there!! Lol I was in second place. But my car still got done in a timely manner. I'd say about and hour. They first vacuum your car, then they hand wash it, and wipe down the inside. After they take it to another section where they shine your tires, and focus on the interior some more. I am so happy I gave this place a try. I paid $30 to wash my car and it was well worth it!!! I really appreciated the fact that they worked fast,but still payed close attention to detail. I am so over paying for my car to be washed and they rush, and don't do a good job! This couldn't have been a worse experience. Don't go... it may be cheap but it's still not worth it. My truck was there for 2 hours... 2 hours! I pulled in the parking lot with 1 car at the vacuum and 2 under the carport getting hosed down. Upon arrival, almost blew out my suspension going through potholes the size of asteroid craters and that is in a truck. Small cars beware No one greeted me to take my keys or ask what I wanted done... so I walked inside. After 2 minutes of standing there some lady finally walks out of the back with her face completely covered with a bandana. She speaks no English at all. Should I stop? No it gets so much worse.. So we walk outside and she brokenly says vacuum to which I agree and she makes me get in my truck and drive all around the parking lot to get it facing just right for her. I get out not sure what to do next since she is apparently the only person to talk to... and she brokenly asks armorall? I say yes. This was the last time I spoke to anyone for 2 hours. Note that no options were given, no price was given, nothing. After 2 painful hours, the "manager" walks in with my keys and I go to the counter to pay. At this point he asks if I have cash because his cc machine is down. LMFAOOOOO so I sat at the place while they cleaned my truck and no one had the presence to come verify if I had cash. The card machine hadn't worked all day "because the tower was down" but truthfully I don't think the machine ever works... I thinks it's just for show. I of course didn't have $50 cash on me (not $30 like the other review) and offered the $27 I have. That is more than reasonable for him to accept seeing as he completed the work without pricing anything to me or telling me the machine was down. It gets better. He tells me to leave one of my credit cards with him and go get the rest of the cash lmfaooooo Here's why I win... I went back to work for a few hours and came back to deliver him his undeserved cash I still owed. I was cut no deal at all. I look at it as paying it forward. As for the clean... inside looks really good but there are still some spots on my hood from leaves etc that should come off with a decent once over. 2 hours for an ok clean at best and the management debacle. I went this past week to get a wash and detail here. First time. It was around 2pm so i didn't expect them to be busy. there were 2 cars being washed. I went into the office, stood there for at least 15 min with no office personnel in sight. I went back outside and stood on the deck. the only 2 people I saw working were the ones washing the cars. They both looked directly at me with no words, smile, to let me know they would be right with me or nothing! I walked slowly past them as i went back to my car and still nothing. i just left. They apparently didn't want or need my business to not even acknowledge me. read more

I think this is the best car wash that I've come across so far. Yes, it's true that once you get there you have to find the right person to ask for the car wash, but it's generally an older Hispanic lady who is in the middle of washing a car when you pull up. I usually just drop my car off, and then come back in an hour or so to get my car. I LOVE the attention to detail they have, as well as their speediness. I have never had to ask them to re-do something, or ask for a refund, in fact I believe the $30 they charge is a very good price considering I only have to get my car cleaned with them every few months (when the weather isn't bad lol), but also because my car STAYS clean after they clean it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area, and I would be wary of all of the bs Yelp reviews that I have seen made on this place. I have gone here many times, and will continue to go here! *Disclaimer, the parking lot is a bit shaky BUT my little Subaru Impreza makes it JUST FINE every time. There is no need to worry. Definitely anyone with a truck is fine. Just be careful entering, and you're fine. Would recommend the entrance on the side of North Main, not the side of 146 because I think that's used as more of an exit, and that side might have more potholes. read more
