However when we got the note/receipt there were no details as to what was wrong or left dirty beyond a dog smell. This company is absolutely shady. After being told this we were shocked to receive a check in the mail for just over $300. Along with the check was a letter with bogus claims about repairs that needed made and expensive landscaping that needed done. We were scammed and stolen from. She took advantage of the fact that we are a military family and were moving overseas so we would not be there to hold her accountable. Hopefully this review will be helpful to potential renters. In 2023 I did not receive any statements from August 2023 to December 2023 and no rent payments . After repeated phone calls and emails I had no choice but to file a case against the brokers license for holding over $7,000 dollars and not paying it out. Also not doing timely inspections and tenants lease said no pets and it turned out 2 dogs and over 8 birds destroyed the yard, & fence, cabinets and scratched glass doors. Tenant was supposed to have renters insurance and the management company never got a copy from tenant because she did not have insurance as required. Currently it is August 2024 and I still have not received rent from May 2024 or July 2024 or accounting statements after 3 emails and 2 phone call requests.
