Avoid this garage - completely unprofessional and poorly managed. I parked my car at 5:30 PM for an event, and there were zero signs posted regarding closing hours. When I returned at 10:19 PM, the gate was locked and I found a group of other frustrated people stranded outside. There is a sign listing a contact person named "Yared" to call for after-hours access, but despite multiple calls from several of us, nobody answered. There was absolutely no way to get our vehicles out. I was forced to take an Uber home and now have to deal with the massive inconvenience of returning in the morning just to retrieve my car. They told us they opened at 11 on Sundays, they had their hours posts in the garage which said they opened at 11 on Sundays. But at 11:20 we still sat outside waiting for it to open. We had to check out of our hotel by 12. There is no website and no way to reach anybody. The number they had posted outside the building was for the visitors center, and they were unable to help us. Seriously, don't park here. I was supposed to be parked here from 7 to 10pm on a Wednesday. On the website it said they close at 11pm Tuesday through Thursday. When I came back just before 10pm the garage door was closed. I called the after hours number because I didn't know what else to do. The guy said I was gonna have to pay $75 in cash for them let me get my car. I confronted him about the hours on website being wrong and there not being any signs with hours on it he got really mad and wanted me to hang up or pay the $75. He also said that people make fake websites with the wrong times, even though website I got the hours is linked directly to their address in google maps. He also said there were signs posted everywhere, but there were absolutely no signs that I could see. After being yelled at and probably lied to, I was not going to wait at 10 o'clock at night with $75 in cash for this guy to give me permission to get my car. A friend drove home and I had to come back to get the car the next day they charged me $50 dollars. For the evening the website said it was $10 for the evening and $25 maximum. How did that add to $50? In summery, I had my property withheld from me, I was yelled and lied to while I was on the phone with them, and was scammed out of $40 thinking I was only gonna pay $10. Hmm not sure where that math comes from so talk to the attendant and he states that's standard and there's an overnight fee of $25. This was posted no where. Website states $10 overnight fee. However, the garage closes at 8 pm and they make you pay $75 dollars to get your car out which is not posted anywhere prior to entering the garage. They had a little sign that you will not see until after you come back and then they try to say $75 per car which is not posted. Then employee initially said $75 per trip but then tried to change his story when he called the manager. He even said he was going to call the police which he never actually did. My husband and I planned a trip staying in an Airbnb in Old Town. Most of them don't have parking besides on street and we were planning to park the car and leave it there, walking and using the metro to get around. I'm always nervous about getting towed so a garage was much more appealing to me than on street parking. Seeing the reviews for this garage made me hesitant to park here but it still seemed worth the risk. We parked on a Sunday, it was clean with good size spaces. You grab your ticket as you pull in and keep it with you. We left the following Wednesday at around 8:30am. We took our ticket to the pay machine which takes credit cards only. The booth is manned and the guy working there was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. It was $75 which seems to be the max. Pricey for what I'd like to pay, but not when you compare to parking for extended times in other cities and we had budgeted for it so we weren't bothered. The hours make it so you could end up with your car stuck in the garage. We did not have this issue but depending on your reason/timing for parking and retrieving your car it could be a make or break for you. We had a great experience :) read more

The payment system here is like most airports - you take your ticket, you stick it in the machine, you stick your cash in the machine (because, yes, they only take cash here... how 1990's is that?!), grab your change, and go. No human contact, whatsoever. It must suck to be shelling out wages to have someone sit there for hours on end. Opportunity for business process re-engineering? I think yes. The garage itself is conveniently located, spacious, and apparently completely clears out after regular working hours are over. It was pretty empty by the time I arrived around 1900, and it was completely dead by the time I left Eamonn's with the girls.
