Did a damn near near flawless job. Just the slightest bit of staining on the headliner, but the tint itself across 5 doors and 2 sunroofs was perfect, and the stain came out with some warm water, a drop of dish soap, and elbow grease.

Keep in mind that there is a front and back entrance. To get to the lobby be skeptical of your GPS as it might take you to the other side of the business.

They were available to come out immediately. Despite later always being too busy to finish their work. 2.) The amount they quoted on the phone was doubled when they came onsite. $450 to $900 3.) They didn't ask for a paint code before starting work. 4.) They only took payment in forms that can't be refunded, like venmo and zelle. My complaints with the work: They used a plain black paint on a car that has a black with metal flecks. The difference in color is obvious. They didnt resolve all dents we discussed. They said they would come back within the next couple days to finish. After a month of many many follow ups in text and on yelp, they still have never come, and at this point I'm sure they never will. Don't use R&R Mobile Auto Body. I'm sure he will reply to this with something like 'Sorry for the inconvenience. We been short on staffed, we are now getting back to normal if you can reach back out to us...' Like they do to other similar reviews from other people that were ghosted by them.

I don't typically write reviews, but I am so pleased with the service I received from Seatco that I wanted to highly recommend them. A sunroof leak in my daughter's VW Tiguan led to an extensive mold problem when she left the car parked for 6 weeks while traveling in college this spring. The VW dealer thought the car should be totaled and my insurance company was unsure how to eliminate the mold properly. I contacted Seatco based on a web search, and after speaking with Matt I felt confident that Seatco could handle the problem. Matt was extremely responsive in communicating with me (via text) even before we had the car towed from Staunton, VA to them. Seatco described the severity of the mold problem as a 9 out of 10. But as they predicted, they were able to completely treat/eliminate the mold and clean the interior of the car. They replaced the cloth seats with leather, and it looks like a factory job. Literally, the interior of the car looks brand new. [Seatco feel free to post before and after photos!]. I live in Florida so it was reassuring to have Matt and Neal keep me updated throughout the entire process, including sending me pictures of the work in progress. Seatco's professionalism and quality of workmanship is very impressive. You will be in good hands with Seatco-particularly if you have a mold or water intrusion issue. I have a '74 Bronco and had the guys at Seatco add some headrests to the original seats for me. Amazing work! they matched up the fabric perfectly and the headrests look like they came from the factory. Typically, I'm pretty involved in choices for things but after speaking with Neal one time, I trusted his judgement. I didn't even see the headrest selection before they installed it and their choice was spot on. Adjustable in all directions and sturdy! They provided a quick turnaround time and worked with me on a scheduling conflict. I was fortunate to get a look at some of their other work too and these guys are incredible. Some of the other stuff they were working on (vintage Corvettes, new Mustangs, etc.) were amazing. Highly recommended for ANY type of upholstery work whatsoever. read more

I was very fortunate to find Seatco in Springfield VA (for those out of state, it is worth the drive). After visiting several NoVa trim shops who told me either the project was to complex or find your own seat covers, I discovered Seatco. Neal and Matt nailed it on my 1983 Pontiac Trans Am (Recaro edition). Never in my mind would I have expected customized fabrication of the front and rear seats. Reinstalled the window for me, which is tricky, bc if done incorrectly, the glass can shatter. All at no charge. I have a 2004 Toyota Solara that I inherited, and the soft top clearly hadn't been replaced before. They communicated well throughout the process, and I'd recommend coming in ahead of time so they can assess exactly what you'll need. In my case, they let me know I needed a rain gutter along with the replacement. They were also willing to install the top I provided (with the understanding that it wouldn't come with a warranty), which I appreciated. On top of that, they stayed after hours so I could pick up my car, which meant a lot. I know how much that can impact someone's day. The reason for 4 stars is that part of the interior lining came loose a few days after the installation. I got it done April 10th. I was able to fix one section, but not the rear. I do understand that since the top was provided and had been sitting uninstalled, some issues may come up. I've reached out and am waiting to hear back, and I'll update this review based on how that experience goes. Update (April 13th): I wanted to update my review--I'm really happy with how this was handled. I was able to come in the same day, and they fixed the interior lining perfectly. I forgot to add that day of they discovered I needed a new passenger side tension cable and they got it done on time ontop of the original service. They explained that the top I provided had excess fabric on the backing, which is what prevented the rear section from attaching properly. They also took a look at the middle section and let me know that if it comes loose again, they can secure it further with screws to prevent future issues. I really appreciate that they worked with the parts I brought and still made everything come together correctly. That kind of flexibility goes a long way. I also asked about getting some work done on my leather seats out of curiosity, and they gave me a solid quote along with options; either sourcing parts myself or going through them. Overall, I'll definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you again!

One of them estimated $450 and could not guarantee the fix. The other charged significantly less, said it was fixed, and the next time it rained, there was a new puddle. Dana at SureFit diagnosed the problem in a couple of minutes. He explained it in layman's terms and guaranteed a fix. He was great at communicating and making himself available for answering any questions. The dropoff-pickup was absolutely fine. The job was done quickly. It has rained a couple of times since, and absolutely no water has gotten in the vehicle. The problem had a host of potential sources and Dana correctly diagnosed and fixed it. I was incredibly stressed about this, since multiple mechanics could not figure out what the problem was. I am incredibly relieved, and can once again look forward to (occasional) rainy days. Thank you, Dana!! Highly recommend for anything related to convertible covers or drain tubes, etc. A+++++++!!!!

What impressed me just as much was the entire customer experience. From my very first phone call, everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They provided an accurate estimate for both the cost and the repair time, kept me informed throughout the process, and delivered exactly what they promised. That level of honesty and communication is becoming increasingly rare. When I picked up the car, I was amazed to find they had also cleaned the interior. We would never post a negative review for a mistake, misunderstanding or no fault issue that resulted in less than 5 star experience. But if you are rude, unprofessional and dismissive, continuing such behavior even after I attempt to clarify the situation, you, Eric Sejd, have earned ONE star (because you can't give ZERO stars) and this review! We were referred to this shop by a very reputable company. During our dealings with Craftsman, their receptionist, Rhi, was always polite and professional to deal with. But in the face of some miscommunications (us emailing Craftsman at the email address that they list on their website which also happens to be Eric's email address for the business - but they don't check this email address) and delays in the part arriving, the owner was extremely rude and dismissive as we were trying to figure out when the work would be completed, or, if it could not be done by our hard deadline, when we should pick up our vehicle and move on. He was snide and flippant, noncommittal and uncaring about completing the work. He was apparently angry that our vehicle had been on his lot so long, but it was HIS SUGGESTION that we leave it there, we didn't ask him to store it, and we had no control over part delays. We thought everything was fine after Renee emailed with Rhi, but instead, Eric went off as if WE had done something wrong. He hung up on us after calling us, rude and nasty from the first word, and demanding that we immediately pick up our vehicle and pay for work he did not complete or our van would be towed. To add insult on top of that, after we arrived he left instruction (he was not around himself to deal with us) with Rhi that it had to be cash payment, which he didn't mention before hanging up on me. We picked up our vehicle, which he left in a shambles. They took apart half of the interior of our van when all they needed to do to access the back of the bar was remove 3 screws. They would have known this if they accepted the offer of talking to our original builder (in Missouri) who would walk them through the process - but they didn't. We did find another shop that was able to reassemble our van's interior and all is back to normal but. While reassembling we realized that instead of simply unscrewing a hose clamp for our cooler basin drain, whoever disassembled our interior thought it would be a good idea just to cut (or broke) the drain plug so I had to go and find pieces to fabricate a new drain system. We tried to handle this professionally and were met with his nasty attitude, and a clear lack of caring whether or not the job was completed. This lack of customer care is unacceptable. Looking at the few reviews this company has on Yelp, it's been two years since their last positive review. Clearly by the more recent reviews as well as our horrible experience Eric and Craftsman Upholstery have given up. Do us all a favor, close up shop and retire for good so no one else has to be subjected to what we went through.

I was shocked by the estimates given by local car repair companies so upon seeing the positive reviews and talking with Dave on the phone to get his estimate, we decided to make the hour and a half trek to Mt. Rainier since his price would give us more than 50% savings. We dropped off the car and then took a rideshare to the zoo, which was only seven miles away. Dave is very personable and reliable and he finished the job in a timely manner. The headliner replacement looks perfect in the color matched! I highly recommend his business!

He did the fabric and installed the board. Easily handled some challenging details, and even left me extra material to do some finishing touches of my own.
