I drove my 84-year-old dad 30 minutes to come to this business because he was in a desperate need…read morefor a hearing aid. He found this business on a Chinese news publication and I checked their business hours and it said they were open from 10:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday. We arrived at 10:30am to a dark business with a locked door. The sign says they were supposed to be open from 10:00am to 1:00pm. I called the number listed for the business and their message also said they were open from 10:00am to 1:00pm. I called four times and left two messages but did not receive a returned call. We waited 30 minutes outside the office and no one showed up. I really hate to write 1-star reviews and always try to find positives about the business. But when a business that's classified as an essential business can't be honest about their hours of operation, that's when it frustrates me. My dad has me and my sisters to drive him to places to get the care he needs. But not all people have that opportunity. There are many people who do not have vehicles and depend on public transportation. There are those who travel from far to get the help they need. There are even those who experience mobility issues and have to arrange transport in advance to get to places. What would an experience be like for them if they had to deal with what my dad and I experienced?! I truly wish that businesses like these consider the clients they serve and stay true to their word about their operations, and that includes when they open and close.

Understanding and patient, the after-sales service is always wonderful. They truly understands my needs and will strive for me to receive all the benefits I can get. Every visit was pleasant and stress-free. The audiologist took time to go over my insurance every time, making sure that I was covered, (or not covered, as the case may be), applied for disability, and warranty claims for the hearing aid. I cannot ask for a better support for all my hearing aid needs.

Unfortunately the reason for this post is due to the front desk personal, Ms Suzie Morron. After getting my hearing aids, I was told to go to the front desk to sign paperwork and set up a 2 week out follow up appointment. I was given a document to sign.. as I finished signing it... a White couple coming inquiring about a charger ... the receptionist totally disregards that she was assisting me first... she went right to helping them out, which I would not have minded if the receptionist address me that she'd get back to me.... but no. She went back to Ms Tamekia. Trying to resolve his issue first. The paperwork I needed to sign took less time to complete than helping the white couple out. So I left and the receptionist was so rude when I called her out on it. You could have just told the man and his wife that you would assist after me ? Like he can wait lirterly, it only was a few minutes.... Shame on the receptionist. Totally made my experience real sour. To see the discrimination in 2025. She should get more training if that is how she conducts herself in a place that serves all people. When I asked for her name she didn't look in my direction and her "applogy" was not even sincere. To make matters worse, she didn't even bring up my follow up appointment... I didn't realize until I got home. So much for her customer service I suggest better training or get a new receptionist.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer questions and explain the various hearing aid options available. My mother's first experience with another hearing aid provider was disappointing, so she was understandably hesitant. However, her experience with Dr. Camacho was completely different. She immediately felt welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. Rather than feeling like just another patient, she felt like family. Dr. Camacho and her team take the time to understand each individual's needs, carefully explaining and comparing products to help find the best solution. There is never any pressure to make a purchase, just honest guidance and compassionate care. We are truly grateful for the outstanding service and personalized attention Dr. Camacho provides.

We originally saw Dr. Camacho and she was very honest in her recommendations of hearing aids and did not push one brand over another and didn't try to sell us the most expensive one. She was even able to get us a discounted price for one of the high powered models. My mom had some problems with feedback issues, but Dr. Jensen, who we usually see now, was very helpful and continued to try different settings, ear molds, and small fixes until she got it right. I feel like they care for their patients here and do their best to help them maintain as much hearing as possible.
