I was referred by my ENT to this location for a hearing test (| have some tinnitus going on). The office is very neat, clean, and organized. I was seen right away for my appointment. Patrick was very easy to be around, polite, conversational and explained the steps very clearly. As he needed to place earbuds into the ear and use other instruments, I can say he was very thoughtful and gentle (i.e. no shoving into the ear). Thankfully my hearing seems to be all good, but what was a slightly stressful or apprehensive situation was made all the easier by a caring. knowledgeable hearing specialist. Is it sad that at my age i've had to venture here?... possibly.. however, considering, I had been directed to go after finding out from my ENT that I might have Meniere's Disease, Beltone Hearing brought a smile to my face.
