I need a rhino to fix these issues caused by the implant. Of course insurance won't pay to fix it. I wonder if my nose was purposefully messed up to get me to come back to pay for a rhino down the line. I went back a few times after voicing my concerns, but I was told that "your nose is perfectly straight inside." It's actually not. The root of my problem was never fixed... I still have serious deviation issues in my nose among other problems that were never addressed properly. I also have a hump on one side of my nose from this nasal implant. Ughhh. So frustrating. Also, what they failed to inform me is, during a septoplasty, they remove the septum cartilage (not straightening it). And if you ever need a rhinoplasty, they use your septum cartilage to form your new nose. Well, since my septum has now been removed, they either have to harvest rib cartilage or use cadaver cartilage in a functional rhinoplasty to fix my current issues caused by this surgeon. I am so unsatisfied. Be warned.

This was my 1st surgery ever along with being put under general anesthesia. Dr. Zuniga is absolutely amazing. He is very kind, approachable, transparent, and communicates clearly every step of the way. I immediately felt an overwhelming sense of peace, care, and calm with his presence for my procedure. He is everything and exactly what any patient would dream of in a medical professional. I am happily forever grateful for Dr. Zuniga.

My story began with discomfort and hearing loss in my right ear. At first, I went to a doctor who diagnosed me with a middle ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. However, the treatment brought no relief. My condition only worsened -- I continued to experience pressure, discharge, and pain. Later, it turned out that the diagnosis had been incorrect. The real cause was a fungal infection, and in such cases antibiotics not only fail to help, but can actually make the problem worse. Because of this mistake, the disease progressed: the fluid that had built up behind my eardrum eventually developed into a cholesteatoma -- a serious and dangerous condition that can destroy the ear's delicate bone structures and threaten one's health. Almost a month later, when the situation had already become very advanced, I finally came to see Dr. Zuniga. From that moment, everything changed: I met not only a brilliant surgeon, but also a remarkable human being. From the day of the correct diagnosis until the operation, there were many worries and difficult moments, but at every stage Dr. Zuniga showed incredible patience, compassion, and support. I always felt safe and knew I was in the very best hands. The surgery, which I underwent more than six months ago, was a success. Today, I feel wonderful. It was a truly complex procedure, but the result has been nothing short of a gift. Words cannot fully express the depth of my gratitude: it is relief, joy, and the overwhelming feeling of having been given back a full and normal life. In addition to his outstanding professional skills, Dr. Zuniga possesses rare human qualities -- kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care. People like him, who practice medicine at the highest level while also giving so much of their heart, are a true blessing. Meeting Dr. Zuniga has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. On behalf of my whole family, I want to say: we thank God for sending us such a doctor, and we will be forever grateful to Dr. Zuniga for everything he has done. May God bless him and all the physicians who serve their patients with the same devotion and love for their calling.

My experience with Dr. Tim Kelley's office was extremely disappointing…read more While Dr. Kelley's medical care was acceptable in the beginning, the office management and billing were awful. I was repeatedly billed for charges my insurance had already paid, and despite multiple attempts to resolve it, they sent me to collections anyway. I ultimately had to insist they contact the billing/credit department themselves to fix their own mistakes. Over the years, scheduling was always difficult. After being away for about three years, I began having serious health concerns, I tried to schedule six months in advance and was told to call back closer to the date. I carefully arranged flights, hotel, rental car, and multiple specialist appointments within a three or four -day window. Then, just two weeks before my trip, the office called to cancel because Dr. Kelley was going on vacation. No real apology. No concern. No effort to accommodate me. Just: he won't be available. When I said this was a major hardship and asked for another appointment, I was stunned by their response: they told me they did not want to continue seeing me because I had not been in for three years. Let that sink in. A former cancer patient returns with renewed symptoms and concern about recurrence, and instead of helping, they refuse care. I then asked for a referral and was given the name of a random head-and-neck doctor--not even an appropriate oncologist for my situation. The lack of compassion, professionalism, and basic human decency from this office was shocking. They even knew it and a day later tried to make up for it with an email and a phone call saying they had done my insurence research to get the right referral. "even though that is my responsibility". Un believable. Go some where else!!!! Like most Dr's these days it's just a business. Nothing more than collect money cover your ass and go home, Dr.s. these days. So sad.
