One of the worst customer services ever. We were particularly seated in the walkway. It took 3 minutes for our waitress to even acknowledge us. Another waitress Alisha I believe was her name came over asked was we helped and stated she would be more than glad to help us thank you to her..but for the rest another party got seated next to us and received immediate service. Had lunch at Alice's a couple of weeks ago and dinner last night. Lunch was a grilled grouper sandwich and dinner was blackened grouper. Both were tasty and fresh. The slaw was OK and the cheese grits were great. The service at lunch was good, but there were several tables of 8-10 that kept the staff occupied. Service at dinner was excellent. Waitress was very attentive and quick. However, Smoked tuna dip was completely underwhelming. That tuna was not a smoker! Tasteless. The tea was so weak and watered down, I could not tell much of a difference from the water glass. I had high hopes the Strawberry and Beet salad would redeem the endeavor. It was not to be. We went to Saturday brunch. It was New Year's Eve, so technically off season, so no reservations required, but it was packed. We both got specials. Our server was great! Were locals & frequent often- However the hostesses were awful. They were rude & decided that sitting us out in 45 degree weather with kids when half the restaurant was empty (because of reservations...it was 5pm) & couldn't get heater to work outside. We wish they would have accommodated considering they had space but the hostesses said they didn't have anything open for hours. We ate & left quickly - we definitely won't be back for a while from this particular experience. read more

Alices was awesome! Great location and ambiance. Definitely a local gem with great food. The menu has a nice variety of items and they feature weekly Chef's specials. We had the Chicken and Sausage Gumbo (weekly special) and it was FANTASTIC!! (We're from Louisiana and the roux base of the gumbo would make Justin Wilson envious)! For the entrée, we had Grouper Piccata. It was perfect. Nicely crisp with a tender flaky inside and "not fishy". Definitely gulf fresh! There is parking in the back and free parking on the city pier across the street. We will be back on our next trip!!! read more

Excellent Sunday brunch with a great outdoor patio! I love getting mimosas here and taking a walk by the marina after!

After a while, you get tired of seafood... I wanted a nice filet... even though I ordered it medium and it was almost well done, that filet was one of THE BEST filets I have ever eaten! It was amazingly tender, like butter (even at the level it was cooked)!!! And the FLAVOR of that filet!!! THE BEST I have ever put in my mouth!!! If you want a superb filet, please order one here at Alice's on Bayview!!! You will not regret it!!! It was one of the best meals i had while we were there for July 4th week!!! 4.5 stars. My wife and I both enjoyed our food Saturday late lunch and service was very pleasant. Place was the right size and not crazy loud. Cars that are parked on street will kind of block your view of the Bay but it is right there for you walk around after your meal. Marina is close too so if you tie up your boat it's very convenient. The Bay Area and St Andrew's is awesome to explore so don't just go to the tourist beach and stop there. read more

This is a wonderful stop along st Andrew area with a serene atmosphere with great views of the bay! They have a good wine list and lots of wonderful food choices. I always get the salmon here. It's done simply yet brilliantly. It sits on a bed of sautéed spinach and comes with new potatoes. On some weekends they also have live entertainment. Alice's is not pretentious just a great place to unwind after a long week! read more

Excellent meal. I had the grouper special, which was baked with a ricotta sauce. Green beans and garlic mashed potatoes on the side. The beans were a tad bit al dente, but still very good. This is a new spot that we didn't know was here before - a pleasant surprise for the area. The prices were really good compared to places with a lesser quality of food that charge the same amount. I'm a baker and I'm very picky. The key lime pie was better than mine. I have never come across that. I'm still dreaming about it. Absolute must stop in if you are visiting! This was the only place we ate out for dinner our whole week in PCB and it was amazing. We had reservations made for a Thursday night luckily cause it was pretty busy for 7pm. There was wonderful live jazz and great atmosphere inside. Emily, our waitress, was an absolute doll and spoiled my 2 kids. The food was so good, you HAVE to get the SheCrab soup, period. We also got the fried shrimp plate & seafood platter. Couldn't not get their key lime pie as well. All the food was great and we truly enjoyed our last night out before heading home. 5 stars!! read more

So our first visit at Alice's Restaurant since reopening for inside dining tonight was great. We give their Covid response to protecting patrons a 9, food a 9 and service a 9! Here's how that breaks down... first we called to see there procedures. So many are pretending there is no virus left. They told us that they cover the tables with butcher paper so it can be tossed after each patron. They use paper disposable menus. The tables are distanced. The condiments are wiped down before putting them on the table. We felt safe. The only thing we would change is we wished the server had worn a mask. If he was a non Symptomatic Covid carrier all the rest would be for naught since he was the only person to come close to us. The food was just delicious and everyone in our group of 7 truly enjoyed their meal. My sweetie and I split a romaine blue cheese salad and a grilled seafood platter. It was plenty and it was cooked beautifully. Delicious. Two in our group got the rare salmon and they said it was wonderful too. The MOST impressive thing of the night was that Alice's fed 67 firefighters for FREE. As we are we kept seeing boxes and boxes and boxes of food piling up on the bar in bags of 3 each. We asked what sort of a party was getting that much take out and the server said they thanked the first responders by feeding them often! 67 of them! Soon we saw a fire truck and Fire Rescue vehicle drove up to load the food. Impressed? More than a little. Let's put it this way....Alice's Restaurant cares. And so do we. We will surely be back. A Quant restaurant and bar . Good food and very good service. Was in a part of 4 and no one was disappointed. Would definitely go back.

Arrived at 4:10. No one was seated at any of the tables inside, just at the bar. Hostess Instructed us without reservations we would have to sit outside. We had a member of our party who is wheelchair bound. Hostess instructed us that we would have to wheel our handicap member around the entire building to access the outside seating. Almost felt like we were being discriminated against since we had member of our party who was handicapped. We chose to leave and have a wonderful dinner at another local establishment, who was very kind to our family member. read more
