I really appreciate that she takes the time to explain everything and makes the whole process so easy, including tips on how to keep the flowers fresh for longer. Also, even if the flowers aren't physically at the shop, they'll do their best to bring them in for you. For example, I was recently looking for peonies, and other florists were quoting me around $28 per stem--which adds up VERY quickly! I had no choice but to cut around the damaged areas, which significantly reduced what I could use especially frustrating considering the cost. For reference, 50 hydrangeas (25 white, 25 blue) came out to $185, so I expected better quality control. Overall, the convenience and customer service were there, but the flower quality at least in my experience did not match the price. Oh and the hydrangeas started to wilt by the second day. *This was a last minute purchase as my online delivery order had a unforeseen delivery delay.
