Absolute worse work. Quality was junk, while they attempted to give me what I asked for, they incorrectly installed the soft top and did a hideous job on the seats. Proper fitting was clearly never a goal as the custom seat covers were so lose they eventually came unclipped. I had to pay someone else to correct the junk they installed. AVOID! read more

Wanted to gift my teen a new headliner in her car for Christmas. As most parents know, we don't want to "break the bank" on these type things for a teen, but the headliner was starting to cause safety issues. This place was such a find! Price was so good; I got her headliner and center console done. The quality of the work is hands down; we will be taking our own vehicles back to here for some sprucing up. Facio (the owner) is THE BEST!!! He is very knowledgeable about my problem. Because my sunshade is for panoramic roof, it requires many skills and patience. Nevertheless, Facio GOT IT RIGHT at THE BEST PRICE!!! Unlike other shops that BS about the price, Facio was very honest about my repair. Moreover, he told me to get parts from dealer for guaranteed quality. He also tested every single part of the roof to make sure that they are working normally. After having a good experience with them two times, I decided to take some more parts from the same car to them. The experience this time is horrible and I will definitely not recommend them or ever go back to them for more work. I took some back panels to have the vinyl re-guled and wish I did not since it was nothing but a waste of time and money. This is something that I could do but decided not to because I figured a professional could do a better job than myself. Since Infiniti's are known for bad interior quality, I had the same happen to mine as many others have experienced. The vinyl starts separating from the panel looking really bad. This is the second time it's happened and the first time I was able to glue it myself with I had some 3M 77 adhesive laying around. I took off the foam and glued the vinyl directly onto the panel and it looks 95% okay. Since this is the second time, I did not want to go through the hassle of buying new glue, cleaning, masking and spraying new glue so I thought this is something I ought to just have done right once and for all and not mess with it. I took it to them out of the car and was told this can be done and it would take a day or so. Next day I got a call and got excited to go pick it up. Upon walking up I could see my panels sitting on the ground and they looked horrible. The edges were peeling already, there is dirt embedded between the panel and the vinyl, it was definitely not aligned and there was glue and grime residue all over my panel. I tried to talk to them about the quality about it and immediately I was told that it was because I tried gluing it before, it now won't stick. Why does this matter? You run an upholstery shop and you knew these panels and vinyl pieces were once glued together. It doesn't matter what was used before, you knew what you were getting into when you accepted the job; if it was a problem, you clean it and reapply new glue. It's like saying a body shop would have a crappy paint job because your car was painted once before. Regardless of the old glue "problem", there is no excuse why there are small rocks and debris between the vinyl and panel and why it was dirty when I picked it up. When I dropped it off, it was pristine like the rest of my car and I expect better when I pick it up. I figured arguing with some nonsense excuses were a waste of my time so I paid and left angry. I went home looked at it again closely and didn't want anything to do with them. Eventually I got tired of looking at the craptastic job and ripped the pieces off and started worse than square one. I took the time to research some good glue "3M Yellow Super Trim Adhesive" and went to town on working on these. The results were way better and looked OEM; I should of done this to begin with but figured a professional running a shop can do a better job. The panel was cleaned and it took a while but I pretty much ended up with more work to do while being out some time and money. Be careful where you take your stuff unless you don't care about the quality. I take a lot of pride in my car so this is unacceptable. Alien Auto Upholstery rebuilt the bottom of my driver's seat,patched a hole in the rear seat and renewed the entire driver's seat color. My car is Lexus 350 AWD model with a leather interior and it looks GREAT and they did it in one day. The price was super also, but quality is what is most impressive. I plan on having them touch up the driver's seat in my wife's Lexus GX 460. read more
