Ayanna guides you through the poses and offers you different variations of poses to suit your personal needs. She demonstrates the poses as well as walks around to offer personal guidance if needed. The vibe of the studio is very peaceful and calming. The studio is very clean and organized. She provides extra mats, blocks, straps and blankets, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own! I leave every class feeling rejuvenated and calm. I've also had one reiki session. I was dealing with a lot of personal stress and anxiety due to the passing of a loved one. The experience was like none other, I could feel the positive healing energy that she was sending giving to me and shortly into the session I drifted off. I woke up with a sense of calmness and peace over me. She also offers handmade products. She even makes products based on your personal needs. The prices are very reasonable.
