My truck was recently enlisted in a brief life of crime when it was stolen recently. My tires were already due to be changed when they drive it erratically and the tires were torn up. It couldn't be, but they showed us why (damage to the inner tire wall from the screw that had punctured the tire tread -- definitely not safe to drive), and discussed our options with us, which was very helpful. The tire was being discontinued, and they didn't have one at this location, but they got one from another of their locations in less than 24 hours, and even rotated the tires for us at no charge! Excellent work, reasonable prices, and great staff who seemed to view our safety as their top priority! We'll be back the next time we need new tires on a vehicle, without a doubt! Sweet guys with a good rep, and they did tip me off to Chris' autobody, which was great…read more But during a simple oil change Hillside in Cottonwood Heights broke the key fob, snapped the air filter off, and stripped the screw for keeping oil where it belongs. They took care of the air filter; but tried to tell me the key fob came in like. I have to keep it in a baggie and hold it together manually to use. I would have noticed. Worse, they said nothing about the stripped screw. A new oil pan will cost me about $600.
