This Discount Tire location is awesome! We had a flat tire, and drove in to this location on our spare, hoping that the tire (which had been installed just last September with the others) could be repaired. It couldn't be, but they showed us why (damage to the inner tire wall from the screw that had punctured the tire tread -- definitely not safe to drive), and discussed our options with us, which was very helpful. The tire was being discontinued, and they didn't have one at this location, but they got one from another of their locations in less than 24 hours, and even rotated the tires for us at no charge! Excellent work, reasonable prices, and great staff who seemed to view our safety as their top priority! We'll be back the next time we need new tires on a vehicle, without a doubt! I'm not sure how to review the tires themselves but since the company sells them their review is lessened because of it. If a tire has a 65000 mile warranty, my logical brain says the tire should last a minimum of 65,000 miles. Not so. Over the last two years I have purchased tires (in sets of 2) three times. The longest any of them lasted was 25,000. My alignment is solid. My tires are rotated every 6 months. Still they wear out crazy fast. I'm disgusted by the quality and it hasn't mattered what brand of tires they've been. Discount tire has sold me 'certificates' on these tires but they'll only replace the tires if there's a certain amount of tread left. If there was tread left I wouldn't need the tire replaced. That said the manager at this location was phenomenal. He made things right and replaced my six month old, metal showing through the tires. He didn't try to sell me worthless certificates and got me in and out quickly. So I'd definitely return to this location if I do some research first and find a brand of tire that will last at least the amount of time it takes to drive the warranty mileage. read more

They Parked my car on the side of the building on a steep hill without setting the parking brake, the car's weight leaned on the transmission for hours. Also all 4 tires had only 20 lbs. It took them 4 hours to get my truck done, I get that there are other customers but there were only 6 maybe 7 cars in front of me and it took them 4 HOURS to get to my truck. TL;DR: Rounded off lug nuts costs me $900. Discount refuses responsibility. We took our van in for a simple rotation. They claimed the lug nuts were on too tight, and told us to take it to the mechanic who had serviced it last. Well, we'd just had the brakes done, so we figured it might be plausible. The mechanic told us that the lug nuts were rounded off. Two days later, and $900, and I've got a new wheel because of this. Discount simply blames my mechanic. I gave the manager an opportunity to explain his side, but he was condescending and told me that the lug nuts were not rounded off at his shop. Thing is, my wife went DIRECTLY from their store to the mechanic. I've been reading other reviews, and we're not the only ones with a bad experience regarding lug nuts. Go somewhere else to have your tires serviced, because this store can't be trusted. read more

A couple months ago I had my tires rotated and balanced and apparently the lug nuts where cross threaded leading them to break off because they have a machine that tightens them. So today when I hit a deep pothole that destroyed my tire I had an extra 300$ charge to replace the hubcap. I have had the most awful expereince with this store I have ever had in my life to start with I brought my car in to have the tires replaced they call me tell me the drivers side lugs have been broken because ive over tightened it and I have to have my car towed I have my car towed to the dealer I work at 350 dollars for that and they bring up that over tightening shouldnt have mattered so I got incontact with discount tire and arranged to have the tire pu ton for free as compensation only 250 value but ill take what I can get so I bring my car in and I get a call a little later it happened again. On a tire they put on so not only is the crux of their original argument completely wrong they still won't further compensate me for original damage and are making me either take my car to thier mechanic or go thorough thier claims department potenitialy.STAY AWAY!. read more

STAY AWAY!!!! They couldn't get the lug nuts off my car to put on the new tires I'd bought. Instead if calling me they technician broke off 3 of my lug nuts essentially ruining the hub. They then called me and said I had to have my car towed out if their bay. They couldn't put my new tires on. My car was now completely undrivable. They wanted it towed ASAP as it was in one if their bays. They said they weren't responsible for the danage to my car. I'm now stuck with a $75 towing bill and hundreds of dollars in repairs and I still need new tires. The technician told me he was an expert and this was all my fault because the last person put the lug nuts on too tight. REALLY? I'm sick to my stomach. I work and go to college. I can't afford this repair. I feel like if they broke it they should at least take some responsibility read more

Their service has always been great and always surpassed my expectations. I always replace my tires there and I truly recommend purchasing the certificate they have which is a tire warranty. It is so worth it. If your tire is ever damaged, they replace it with a brand new tire for free. There were a couple times where I had a nail in the tire and it damaged it and another time my tire was basically cut badly and Discount Tire replaced the tire both times with a new tire at no charge what so ever. My left front wheels got a nail on the lining so I went online to schedule an appointment. Online site was easy to navigate and when I went in the employee there were really nice and welcoming. He told me it would only take 30-35 minutes to repair my tires and it did. While waiting a couple seemed to be looking for new tires for their truck. The same guy who helped me was very informative and offered a few tires that was in their budget & interest. He offered to show them the tires in the back room, explain to them about their warranties, and their conversation was very long. Even after I left, they were still talking about tires etc. I would recommend to schedule an appointment before going in because there were a few people in there who waited longer than me. HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! We brought in our truck while we were on vacation and told them we had a tire that was loosing air. Spent an hour waiting and then another 1/2 hour or so for the guy to supposedly look at it. He then proceeded to tell us that he couldn't find anything wrong with the tire. Seriously? I then asked him what we were supposed to do just keep filling it up every time it got low on air (in 0 - 7 degree weather). He just shrugged his shoulders. I then asked him what will they do when we came back because it was still leaking. He simply shrugged again and told me "we'll see at that time." Well, it kept leaking and then finally BLEW while my son was airing it up!!!! Yes it blew up on him. Not only scary but very dangerous. They selected the best remaining tire on my car for a spare, installed that on my spare rim, put it away in the trunk for me. Took time to explain all the freebies that come with the tires.
