It couldn't be, but they showed us why (damage to the inner tire wall from the screw that had punctured the tire tread -- definitely not safe to drive), and discussed our options with us, which was very helpful. The tire was being discontinued, and they didn't have one at this location, but they got one from another of their locations in less than 24 hours, and even rotated the tires for us at no charge! They took care of the air filter; but tried to tell me the key fob came in like. I have to keep it in a baggie and hold it together manually to use. I would have noticed. Worse, they said nothing about the stripped screw. A new oil pan will cost me about $600.

I went here with my check engine light flashing, a signal to us all bad things are going to happen if you don't get to a mechanic right now. I came in and dropped my car off and in a matter of MINUTES I was in and out the door. Brownie point 1 They did my diagnostic and got a code that could mean a lot of different things were going on with my engine and they worked to figure out the problem at NO CHARGE. Brownie 2 They called me even after they were closed to let me know what was going on because they knew I was anxious. BROWNIE 3 He originally quoted me at $765 and when I called back the next day and asked for a little bit more of a discount, he gave me one. ONE MILLION BROWNIE POINTS HERE Dropped my car off around 5 pm, picked it up next day around 11 am... By that time they had replaced 6 spark plugs, the coil, and ordered and installed new tires. I mean, is this place heaven? Also, I got the same tires I bought from Costco here for a less expensive price. SCORE. They did this all for free because I had waited two hours for just an oil change! It was because they had a filter but it didn't fit so they had to order the right one to be delivered. I could understand if I had been just a walk-in but I had an appointment for 2:30 which I had made two days ago, so it seems they would make sure what they needed would be there in time for the appointment. Nice to get it no charge, but I had other places I needed to be in the afternoon that I had to cancel.
