Not only is the facility clean and beautiful but every single person that works there is the best of the best...especially the nursing staff. They truly care and they truly put their heart into taking care of our loved ones. Both of my parents have stage 4 cancer along with other chronic conditions but they have thrived here because they get great care and all of their needs are met. The proximity to TGH is a blessing. Between the two of them, there are quite a few medical appointments -- but the Allegro driver takes care of transportation. There have been a few times that they needed around the clock care and/or emergency services and the team at Allegro took care of everything or made care plans -- the communication is always outstanding and transparent. It is wonderful to know that you can trust them. I can't begin to express how thankful I am for the peace of mind they have given me and I have knowing that there is a great community of caring staff, a great group of other residents and so many activities and outings. Because of them, I get to spend precious time with my parents... instead of trying to be their caregiver.

Mom eventually moved in as a resident in June of 2022. Dorothy and her staff immediately made her feel at home, and of course, my trepidation of moving my mom away from home was eased. Dorothy and her staff were always eager to share updates of mom with the family along with pictures and videos. The resident was always spotless and cleaned without any storing disinfectant smells. It was really warm and inviting. It did not matter what day or time I visited. It was always the same. The care given to my mom was exceptional, to say the least. I went out of the country Christmas of 2022, feeling confident and relaxed knowing mom would be safe and cared for. Dorothy and her staff extend their to the end. This home is kept pristine and pricing is very reasonable compared to other options-- especially since guests receive much more individual attention. Later, when mom's memory did fade, the gentle, caring nature of Dorothy and all of her helpers was a great comfort to us. (My brother was horrified at other 'memory care' facilities he'd visited as they smelled, were depressing, and guests were ignored.) The thoughtful attention my mom received at Dorothy's was phenomenal. My mom considered Dorothy as more of another daughter. The love and care that she received was such a blessing and something that no money could buy. It was a gift. Mom was made to feel special. Thoughtful little things were done for her. As I live at a great distance, they would send photos of mom opening my cards and presents and she always had a huge smile. These would touch my heart and mean so much to me. With my mom's passing, we take great comfort in knowing that she was loved and cared for in the very best way possible. Dorothy is an absolute angel with the biggest heart and loving nature. All others tried taking me over the coals with heavy hours long term commitments and stipulations that were impossible but Taylor at Concierge Care understood my situation and was so accommodating within reason of course. She worked tirelessly to organize a great care giver to be there when the procedure was complete. I was so blessed to have found them cause they were the only ones who truly cared and didn't shuffle me off as a one time experience. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them as well. Especially if your elderly and alone. There's always someone who's there when you need them. Delightful CNA, professional and all around authentic. Again I can't say enough great things and thanks for their service in a day and age where the status quo has become self serving and not patient care. Concierge care is leagues above the rest.

He has been in their great care for 5 months now, and our entire family is very pleased with all they do for him. I visit at many different times and find every team member of every shift to be compassionate and loving for all of their residents. Dad is treated with dignity and respect. The service attitude is modeled throughout the entire complex. The facilities and grounds are beautiful and well kept. I only have one negative -- cell service is spotty indoors, but that gives me more reason to take Dad outdoors to explore the gardens (and beyond).

For the amount of money they cost you would think you would get adequate care. They take his laundry basket to take care of his clothes and don't return it for several days. He ends up not having any clothes to wear until one of the sons goes to the desk to complain. Because he doesn't have clean clothes to put on, his bedding gets soiled and they leave it like that, so we know he is not having his bedding changed in a timely manner. As health care providers, it is their responsibility to make sure their residents are cared for with dignity and respect. Thankfully he has family visit several times a week to keep up with the situation, God help any resident that doesn't have family nearby. There is another resident that is allowed access to others rooms and he steals things from them. I would never recommend this facility to anyone who loves their family member.

The nurses laughed at the person that was here (not naming the person for privacy) but they said they laughed at them because they had a language barrier between (the person only speaks Spanish). The care here sucks they haven't taken care of the person well. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!!
