This was my first-ever cosmetic surgery, so I was definitely nervous, but it's something I've wanted for a long time. I flew in from Denver because I didn't feel confident in my local options, and after a lot of research, I found Dr. Franco through Bliss, which connects patients with vetted and highly reputable plastic surgeons. I immediately felt I made the right choice. My pre-op appointment was smooth and efficient. I arrived a few minutes early, and they brought me back almost immediately. Dr. Franco walked me through everything step by step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood the process. On the day of surgery, even though I was anxious, I felt completely taken care of. The entire team from the nurses to the nurse anesthetist to Dr. Franco himself , made me feel safe and supported. They were warm, professional, and attentive. I'm currently one day post-op, and everything is going great. The results already look promising, and I'm excited to see how everything continues to heal. After my nose was broken in an abusive incident, I contacted Dr. Weinfeld's office for a revision consultation. The first nurse was kind and said they could get me in quickly. When my financial situation improved a couple weeks later, I reached out again and explained the urgency. Another nurse then reviewed my message and told me they no longer wanted to take me on as a patient. This was very distressing, especially as someone reaching out for help after trauma. When I called to clarify, I received scripted, dismissive responses and no willingness to reconsider. I'm posting this so others know how the staff handled my situation. If you need supportive or compassionate care during a vulnerable time, please take my experience into account.

Dr. Ganta happens to be one of the few surgeons in the country (and maybe one of two in Texas?) who can do the BPD-DS procedure. I had originally selected the bypass, but later determined that for my particular situation (not everyones) the other procedure was a better choice, and it was by luck that I had chose the only surgeon in the area capable of performing it. Dr. Ganta is quite clearly a highly-skilled surgeon, and I would imagine one of the best in the field of bariatrics. I've had absolutely no complications after the procedure, and I'm down 147 pounds, losing about 10 per month (recently, though I lost more rapidly earlier). I walked into this office for the first time with a BMI of 46, and currently have a BMI of ~24! The staff has always been great, both pre and post-op. I had great success on the pre-op (insurance mandated) six-month diet due to the outstanding nutritionist they have on staff. Her education and guidance has certainly helped me to be successful after surgery as well. The insurance billing office is very prompt and communicative, and my insurance approved the procedure promptly. This is absolutely one of the most important decisions I've ever made in my life, and I'm thrilled I chose this office and Dr. Ganta to help me get my life back! Last year prior to Covid I regained my courage and researched surgeons again. I found Dr. Dellinger and paid special attention to reviews pertaining to his professionalism and expertise. I asked lots of questions which he personally answered with care. I am so pleased with my results. Minimal scarring and pain. It wasn't vanity for me, more like sanity, tiring of having xl breasts. So I book and bring this offer up and I get told oh it's for Laser. Nowhere did it state specifically for laser, I let it go. I scheduled my appointments for January of 2026. I had purchased three things, I called on 12/18/25 to cancel two of my treatments per Jayla they had been canceled. I hadn't seen my refund yet, so on Jan 02, 2026 I called again and spoke with Michelle the office manager whom stated yes they were cancelled and your refund should be issued 7 business days. I arrived to my appoint on 1/7/26 and my injector had the syringes for two of the products, when one was suppose to have been cancelled yet another flag. In the room I was in the medical boards physician license was hanging on the wall but with an expiration of Nov 2025 another red flag. finally yesterday I went for a follow up and the whole conversation was just sad, unprofessional. IDEAL IMAGE is under transition meaning they can't sell, correct any treatment. I brought up my unsatisfactory with the injector and she let me know that's unknown as to what will happen with Ideal Image and therefore the consumers are left in limbo. I wish they would have told me two weeks ago and that would have changed the situation. I again checked with the front receptionist Brittany about my refund and she said yes it's cancelled, Michelle will call you today about it. Never got a call.
