Give me a call back at 800-345-3849, we have amazing offers and if we speak today, I will get you an additional discount, up to $200 off your treatment. So I book and bring this offer up and I get told oh it's for Laser. Nowhere did it state specifically for laser, I let it go. I scheduled my appointments for January of 2026. I had purchased three things, I called on 12/18/25 to cancel two of my treatments per Jayla they had been canceled. I hadn't seen my refund yet, so on Jan 02, 2026 I called again and spoke with Michelle the office manager whom stated yes they were cancelled and your refund should be issued 7 business days. I arrived to my appoint on 1/7/26 and my injector had the syringes for two of the products, when one was suppose to have been cancelled yet another flag. In the room I was in the medical boards physician license was hanging on the wall but with an expiration of Nov 2025 another red flag. finally yesterday I went for a follow up and the whole conversation was just sad, unprofessional. IDEAL IMAGE is under transition meaning they can't sell, correct any treatment. I brought up my unsatisfactory with the injector and she let me know that's unknown as to what will happen with Ideal Image and therefore the consumers are left in limbo. I wish they would have told me two weeks ago and that would have changed the situation. I again checked with the front receptionist Brittany about my refund and she said yes it's cancelled, Michelle will call you today about it. Never got a call. So I filed a complaint with headquarters and this was their response..... Thank you for contacting Ideal Image Client Support. I went to ideal image for Botox, forehead, crows feet 11 lines, frown around lips and bunny lines. I ended to see how this place was. Two weeks later, I still had full movement in my forehead, my crows feet 11 lines and bunny lines. To me it was a waste of money. And this is not the first time that I've actually had Botox. I had to go back to my original provider to get this fixed. Which means that it cost me double. I had full movement on my level lines of my crows feet bunny lines. This is extremely hard for me to post these pictures, but I would rather people know so they can hopefully avoid what has happened to me. I just had a BBL 2 days ago, and I am absolutely unrecognizable and will permanently scar!! I have been getting IPLs and BBLs my entire adult life, and I have never had a problem. After the treatment with this company, I am so swollen I couldn't even open my eyes yesterday. This has effected my quality of life, and I will be out of work until this heals to at least the point I am presentable. AVOID! I paid up front for cool-sculpting here and had one session which did nothing they promised. Beyond that, I had extreme itching at the treatment site afterward. They tell you it will last for a week. For me, it lasted several months with my skin erupting into a rash more than once, and itching so bad it woke me from sleep. I had a second appointment scheduled a month or two later, which I canceled because I was still itchy from the first. I canceled appointments a few more times before I decided it just wasn't worth the misery of the itching for a procedure that didn't work. Recently, I called about a refund, which they made seem like it was a done deal since I'd had a bad reaction. Now, they're telling me that because my doctor's note doesn't give a diagnosis, they can't approve a refund. I have multiple chronic illnesses, all of which took YEARS of my life to get diagnosed. I asked a lot of questions about potential medical issues in my consultation, and I was assured that if anything went wrong, they would make it right. Now they won't do that unless I can get a doctor to label my excess itchiness with a diagnosis? I'm not asking for a refund for the treatment that didn't work. I'm only asking for a refund for my unused sessions. I cannot explain why I had a different reaction than expected, but I sure as hell am not going back to this place. This is the biggest SCAM I have ever seen. $2900 down the drain for laser hair removal that didn't work at all and on more than one occasion I was burned by the laser. I was interested in full Brazilian laser hair removal but SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED SEVERAL TIMES on the zoom consultation that I am blonde and was worried my hair might be too light. The woman I spoke with reassured me the laser would take and that should have been my first red flag. How can you guarantee if you haven't even seen the shade of my hair? The nurses I saw once I started my treatment said your hair is too light but went on with the appointment anyways. A WASTE OF TIME. On top of seeing no results, it's almost impossible to get in for an appointment so your contract will end after being seen a handful of times. I have to start off by saying the staff I have worked with at this location were all very kind and professional during all my visits. The place is clean and social distancing is very well maintained. For that I would give them 5 stars. However, the reason for the low rating is the fact that I have not seen any results. It has been over 5 months, I completed my treatment plan and was told i should start seeing optimal results after 3 months from my first treatment. 5 months later NO CHANGES. I regret that I spent so much money for nothing. When I originally inquired on the website about pricing I was immediately contacted via phone. A consultant called to connect me with a sales person to walk me through the expectations and give me a quote. While I was on the web call I felt very pressured in making a decision so I could "save" money. After I pulled the trigger I was told I would get a call from my local office to make my appointment. Unfortunately that call never came, I had to search just to find the phone number to the local office. When I did call to make my appointment I had to schedule my appointment for a few weeks out. At this point I have already paid for the services that I still have not received. (Note, due to covid there were many schedule delays. which is very understanding.) I basically flushed A LOT of money down the drain. As I mentioned the staff were all very kind and professional, my review is based on the fact that I had absolutely no results. I got a contract a while back (about two years) for full body laser hair removal. All my areas were treatable except one, my arms. Staff was very helpful in trying to work with me about what to do with my leftover credit since they can't refund it (legally binding contract, so understandable). Talking to customer service and the people at this location was easy, was not on hold with corporate for super long. Aside from finishing the contract and it's experience, during the process was nice. The staff was friendly, made sure I was comfortable. They helped me get a perscription for numbing cream for the sensitive areas and the bottle lasted me more than what I needed to get all those treatments. They worked with me on my last day of treatment when I accidentally came in 30 minutes after my appointment was meant to start. Very nice people, never been so pleased with a place. read more

Not only that, did not get a call back the next day when they opened, I had to call and make an appointment that was not for several weeks. I think because you prepay for services they think they can treat existing customers poorly. Beware that they can change the terms of your membership whenever they want. I initially joined the membership because of the discount of Botox at $8.90 with no minimum. However, I discovered that they added a minimum of 100 units in the middle of my membership. Any other upstanding business would have implemented the new minimum with a membership renewal, honoring your initial membership terms until completion. I distinctly joined because of the discount, and I feel bamboozled. I'm no longer giving them my business because I cannot trust their business practices Also, I confirm what others have written. As I write this, I am now a month overdue for my laser hair removal because they have already rescheduled me twice. The only way to get in now is in two weeks at the south location. The process does not work if not done on time, appts are continually canceled without notice and no space to reschedule bc they overbook. The office staff is screwed every time this happens. Tech was great, the experience with everyone else was absolute shit. The person who sold me the package told me I could get in no problem, and that If I got in right away (march) I could have my desired results by my wedding (the literal reason I even booked the package), which was false as I would need (2) treatments 90 days apart, not 30 like she said. Then she booked me for the wrong date (May, not June, so only 60 days in between) and when I got there the fucking store, which took me 45 minutes to drive to (and had to take time off for) was locked, with a post-it note stating that were short staffed and to just wait outside. Which I did. Until the receptionist came to the door, confused why I was there bc all appointments should have been cancelled for the day and I showed her my confirmation text I received that morning about my appt and she shortly said "well we probably called you then". No missed calls. No Voicemails. She told me that the reason was bc the technician just didn't show up and that she no longer worked there. SUUUUPER professional. She let me know there were no appts in the austin OR san antonio region available until August - Clearly after my wedding). So then I contact Customer Support, explain that I won't be able to get my results in the timeframe I was promised when I was tricked into buying this package and they said no problem, we're putting in your request right now and then you'll receive a call within 3-5 business days with the decision. Y'all, I put in that request on the 17th of May. I didn't hear back until Tuesday the 31st (I'll save you some time - that's 10 business days / 2 full weeks) and thats with me calling multiple times in the interim trying to figure out what was going on. When my "representative" finally called me she very flattly explained that bc this was not a medical emergency that we can't refund me because she HAPPENED to find an available slot for me that coming Saturday, which was the day I was supposed to be on my bachelorette party. I told her it very much felt like they waited until they found SOMETHING, regardless of how inconvenient it was for me, I was not eligible for a refund. Basically, change your bachelorette party so you can come in or just wait until August and don't get the results you want for your wedding. That's it. No empathy, no regard for how slimy it came off that all of a sudden they find a spot and thats the day they call to say theres this ONE option therefore, regardless if you take it or not, you can't have your money back. I ended up making my friends completely change their plans, lost a few deposits they had paid out for certain activities so I could push it later to get in to my cool sculpting appt (again, another 45 min each way). When I get there I learn its STILL too early to get my second treatment done (on my chin) as it hasn't been the require 90 days so then I had to choose a different area to treat. So now I have two HALF way treated spots. Additionally, my "Representative" told me she was scheduling that free treatment I got for getting duped into spending an additional $250 with y'all to become some VIP (lol I'd hate to see the service non-VIPs get) for right after my cool sculpting session. This was not true and was not communicated to me otherwise. That means I had my best friends cancel plans and lose certain deposits over a treatment that I wasn't even booked for! Guys, I'm not the type to review a company but this has been the least customer friendly or hospitable experience of my life. I am thoroughly upset that I spent my money with you and the only reason I even gave you a 1 was because the technician was so sweet. I would still very much like to speak to someone about this. I got tricked into spending tons of money that I would have just put towards the wedding had I known I'd get treated like this and get half-assed results. Filed a complaint with customer service and they literally told me "I'm filing a complaint for you, but I'm not sure anyone will reach out to you or call you back." Wow! They then hung up on me. Contract for unlimited laser, but can't get local appts, can't get appts in the time frames they recommend for the laser treatment to be effective, they don't extend the contract out of good customer service or staff to handle their customer base, they cancel appts on countless customers and then act like the customers canceled (it's happening every time in the lobby when we are there), they can cancel on you day of, but if you cancel it's a $50 fee, worst customer service. They say you can book online, but you cannot. Happy to take thousands of dollars to not deliver their contracted agreement. Policies are inconsistent, enforced when they want to be, and employees just choose to override management, and corporate doesn't seem to care as long as they get their money. read more
