Communication is very poor: - They once permanently switched my day from Thursday to Wednesday. The way the request was put, it sounded like I was agreeing to a one-time switch. It was fine, but not as expected. - They are unable to give a time window (requested a 4 hour window) of when they will provide service. They kind of just show up whenever. Expect to leave your gate, etc. unsecured for a full day. - I asked if they would be willing to consider trimming a bush that had become overgrown. They said "yes", and that I'd receive a quote that day. It's been 3 weeks, and I'm still waiting for the quote. No follow-up from them. I followed up, no response. I ended up doing it myself. It would have been a better experience if they'd have said "no, we don't trim bushes" instead of leaving me hanging. That's been my experience. Ed seems like an overall great business owner, and they do show up every week for basic lawn service. My only ask would be better expectation management. They trimmed the bushes, trimmed the lawn edges, collected dead leaves, and mowed. The difference is dramatic. My first thought was, "it looks like a golf course." I am delighted with the results.
