We were in need of a fence repair to the side of our yard/home and reached out to a couple of companies and I was led to Rigo who came out to give me a quote. Price was comparable to others but what made me choose Rigo was that he was a standup person that provided suggestions and wood types for longevity. Rigo and his team did a great job that I rehired him to do a side fence + concrete addition to the side of the house to separate our trash bins and also added an outdoor shower fence to our backyard as well. We are replacing an old, cracked cement pad to prepare for the addition of a patio covering. We wanted to lay down something that looked attractive and inviting, unlike regular cement, while staying within budget. After reviewing a few bids and meeting with Roberto, this company was the clear choice. And we are so glad we selected Brisenos. Throughout the process, Roberto was super helpful. He walked us through various options regarding size and concrete color/surface, and helped us select just exactly what we were looking for. Roberto and his crew efficiently removed and hauled away the old concrete, and prepared the site with rebar. Yesterday morning a crew of 9 arrived to quickly lay down the concrete, carefully smooth it, and apply the stamp we had selected. He checked in with me several times to explain the process and get my input on small, final details. As a nice surprise, off to the side he even arranged a small oval for us to leave our mark - hand and dog prints - which we will be able to place wherever we want in our yard just for fun. :) Roberto also provided much needed advice regarding how long to keep our dogs off the surface while it cures, etc. He and his crew will be back in a couple of weeks to apply a sealer. By 0800, the gear was unloaded and the team was in full-on work mode. I do a lot of DIY jobs with crews. After a half hour, a huge worry burden was lifted off my shoulders. This has never happened to me before. I had a very large brick wall repair job. Luis and his team were a well-oiled machine. Each knew their job (all experts), and the work hummed along--busy, busy, busy. Literally no screwing around or fun time. I was unconditionally amazed and thankful. The job was completed earlier than expected, and not only were no shortcuts taken, they did more than we agreed upon. All debris was picked up and put in the trash. The area was washed down. The cleanup job was impeccable. You would have never known they were there, except for the beautiful work they left behind. Lastly, I took five bids. This company was not the cheapest, but it was far from the most expensive. I cash-tipped each worker for a job well done--impeccable.
