They did a great job trimming my 2 cypress bushes. These bushes were actually more like trees and took longer than he had expected. I had told them to call it a day even though they hadn't completely cleaned up my yard because it had taken much longer. I had an issue with my neighbor's tree overhanging into my yard. I reached out to several people via Yelp and Deo was quick to respond and his pricing was very reasonable. In less than 3 days he was at my home and cut back all of the branches and limbs. In addition he hauled it all away! We hired this company to do basic lawn maintenance on Wednesdays. They started coming later in the day and week. We let that go at first. Then the dad broke two sprinkler lines, and they denied breaking them. We paid for one but insisted they fix the second one at no cost. We let them have lemons from our lemon tree when they were in abundance. They kept taking our lemons and I was left with no lemons. We gave them squash from our garden, paid them on time, offered several projects and paid then hundreds of dollars for jobs. The final straw was when they said they would come Thursday, no show no call, then Friday mid afternoon said they were on there way. I said ok. We are not home. He assumed we didn't want them to come. He said he'd come next week. I replied immediately and said the gate is unlocked, please come. He never replied until that evening to say he was too busy in Rocklin/Roseville and he'd come on Sunday. That's when we decided no more. They are unreliable, inconsistent and scary due to breaking things. I had to post this so others are aware. The 3 stars are due to the fairly good job they do for lawns and weeding. read more

Bad experience with Deo. Quoted $50. Took a week to get there. When he arrived, he said I'd have to pay an additional $50 for one time cleanup. I was stuck as I had an open house. I paid him as requested via Zelle. His account wasn't set up properly and he texted me, accusing me of trying to stiff him, while the money had already been sent. Said he'd do the lawn again. Deo and his team are so great to work with. I hired them to clean our entire yard which hadn't had a proper service in over 6 months. He had to come back multiple days because there was so much to clean and haul away. He left our yard looking pristine and we hired him to do maintenance service after seeing how great of a job he did. The job ended up being way more involved and labor intensive than he initially thought but he never once asked for more than his initial quote; I ended up asking him to give me an estimate of how much extra I should pay him because I knew I hadn't paid him nearly enough for the quality and quantity of work he did.
