I was offered an appointment for May 18. I was told that was the earliest appointment available. Even after explaining the situation. I was not offered the following day or sooner than the 18th. I was able to take him to a new office on May 6. The new office was/is wonderful with JW. His diagnosis is bladder cancer. I want pet owners to know that my dogs medical situation was handled poorly and unsatisfactory. I spoke with the office manager about this and was displeased with her response. It seemed routine and somewhat automated. My dog will not step paw in this office ever again.

I have 2 long-haired dachshunds who are very anxious so having the groomer pull up to the door is very convenient. I can give the dogs their anxiety meds and then just hand them over. I've had 4 different groomers over the last 5 years and they are all excellent. Highly recommend! They are usually on time but if late I always get a text. They had to cancel one time due to an illness but rescheduled me quickly and without any problems. The price is worth it to me and I don't think it's outrageous for what they do. She also is so flexible when I need to change an appointment, or drop my guys off a little earlier or pick them up a little later than expected. And the best part? You just drop off at appointment time and pick up when they are done, unlike many groomers who have everyone drop off early and the dogs have to be in kennels for hours!
