I am very happy and relaxed this evening thanks to my time at Best nails. I look forward to returning and I highly recommend the services available to anyone. They always do a great job of delivering what I asked for whether it's my normal ombré or experimenting for special events. They have a 5% discount when you pay your services in cash. I wanted to be a little extra with my graduation nails and she delivered taking her time and being meticulous in her craft. It came out better than my vision and I've been getting a lot of compliments about how straight and uniformed the shape is!

However, once I mentioned that I found the business through Groupon, the entire tone and energy of the conversation changed. I was essentially made to feel like I was less of a customer simply because I was using a Groupon. I was told that I wasn't a "regular paying customer," which came across as extremely disrespectful and made it very clear that Groupon customers may not be treated the same as customers paying full price. That raises the question: What's the point of offering services on Groupon if you don't want to accommodate Groupon customers? A customer is a customer. If a business chooses to advertise on Groupon, people should not be made to feel unwanted or like they're inconveniencing the business for using the promotion being advertised. Based on this interaction alone, I decided not to go. First impressions matter please avoid this business.

I like very close and I work from home and like everyone else, have a schedule . It's not until 9:50ish that a van will pull up and everyone files out and rushes to get to their 930 clients . So your nails really are not getting started til after 10. If that's the case I would have just made a 10am appointment . That's just me. If I show up at 9:30, I expect to be able to sit down by at least 935 2. It's bad enough you are late to open, then this attitude is consistent !
