There fast, accommodating. I don't like to take long doing my nails. This place does them 45 minutes or less and there beautiful.

Went here in a punch because my usual nail salon was completely booked and my nails were broken. Didn't even let them finish what I had went in for. She drilled my nails so hard I was flinching and pulling my hands back multiple times. She used the tool to push the cuticles back that had gunk on it and came out of a drawer, not in any sort of cleaning solution, which is how people get fungal infections. And to top it all off, this was the brush she used to wipe down my hands. I genuinely don't even write reviews but, I was deceived by the 4.4 stars it had been mistakenly given and figured I'd save somebody else. I finally found my go to nail salon! Unlike other salons I've been to, the technicians at New V Nail Salon listen to requests and do as you ask. I really like the customer service here as well as the fact that the wait is never too long. Last time I visited, I called ahead of time and booked an appointment with my favorite technician who has consistently done a nice job shaping my nails just the way I like. I also really like the way pedicures are done here as they never feel rushed and are given with attention to detail. I think I found the one. This place was great. They were busy and had a few nail techs but still did an amazing job. They took the time to perfect each nail. It was only $25 for gel polish and with the job the did o was surprised it wasn't more. They guy who did my friends nails was so funny and nice. Even though they were busy he still was friendly and made our experience great. Highly recommend this place. This is definitely my new spot. Close by, inexpensive, does a good job and friendly. read more

I go here often and before yesterday this was my go to nails salon. The prices were reasonable & they got the job done but this establishment is very unorganized & treats customers pretty badly as of recently. My last experience all of the women in the nail salon noticed the bad vibes & ON TOP OF THIS they switch around people to do your nails and messed up my acrylics so bad & tried to blame it on me when you can tell they just were rushing it and made a mistake. I am not one to complain but this experience really made me upset. read more

Ugh. The reviews were promising so it upsets me to even say this, but it was terrible. There was no "manicuring" of my nails. Just straight to painting. It was powder gel and she didn't put enough coats on so I told her that it was way too light and see-through. She basically told me it was not a good color for me because my nails are too clear?? Ok, thanks after the fact. She didn't even trim my cuticles so I thought maybe after the gel polish she would. She didn't. But she hit them so many times with the dremmel that they were raw so I didn't even question the cuticles because I wouldn't be able to handle trimming at that point. There was no lotioning of my hands at all. I was only the second customer in the salon when I got there, they took a phone call as soon as I got there and told a group of three that it was ok to come in in 5 minutes. I guess that was too much because it was a total rush (and hack) job. So annoying. read more

They are a little pricey and the guy in charge knows how to do nails nicely but he rushes instead a of taking his time and rushes you to pick a color. Vicky really does pedicures nicely and she takes her time and she's also very nice. Overall I would recommend because of the quality of the service. They know how to do nails. I never really got a design done from here. I never requested it or showed them a picture so I can't speak on that. Once a blue moon they offer you coffee, tea, or water. read more
