When I went this morning (10 am), no attendant or manager was present. The place is so run down. The equipment is old and worn out, it needs to be replaced. I used their cycling bike and it was making a noise when pedaling. The carpet has so many gross stains that needs to be replaced. Equipment not connected, with cables lose on the carpet that it is a major hazard. The walls are scratched, split wooden floor planks that are dangerous to the members. The tiled floor is chipped in several locations. No disinfectant wipes, but a spray bottle with some un-known cleaning solution and paper towels. This location does NOT represent well the brand. Maybe the owners gave up since they have Defined Fitness across the street. What a shame.

The staff and clientele are unfailingly friendly. No problems with crowding other than the club is popular. But then good gyms often are crowded at certain times of the day. Personally, I like the club, use it almost daily, and especially love the aqua massage and whirlpool after a hard work out. Highly recommend it.

One thing has been consistent through all of those GMs, the hot tub has been broken or unusable for about 85% of the time that I've been a member! The cleanliness of the gym has fluctuated drastically depending on the General Manager. We had a very good one recently named Felix that had the gym spotless but now he has moved on. The policy of having to ask the staff to turn on a water massage machine is annoying because it only last ten minutes and then you have to ask them to turn it on again, even if no one is waiting. Make this like used to be, where the customer turned it on themselves. My main complaint now is that the rates have gone up again and now the staff is locking all the family bathrooms so they don't have to clean them. I know because I knocked on the doors and no one answered. The locks turn red when locked and the crew has decided to lock these from the outside because they don want to clean them anymore. Our membership pays for these to be open. I really hope corporate reads my review and rectifies these problems.
