Since early 2022 we've notified the company that services were no longer needed. FINALLY, the company came to our previous office location to pick up the equipment they claimed was needed to cancel our account. Meanwhile, because our account was on autopay, we kept getting billed even though the company acknowledged that according to their records, we should not have been billed. On 8/15/22, when discussing the issue with their customer service rep, they only agreed to a refund of 2 of the 10 bottles that were unopened and unused because of their negligence to stop billing us and stop service. Yet, when they came to pick up their equipment, they picked up all 10 bottles. No refunds have yet been processed. In sum, we have been billed for service we did not want, need, or requested, after numerous attempts to stop service; and the property that we supposedly purchased - the 10 bottles delivered against our wish - have now been taken back by the company without any refunds being processed.
