Well, I guess I should say "didn't have it" because it had basically disintegrated and the drain-field was beyond repair because so much solid waste had infiltrated it. I was in a panic because I'm at home with my twins all the time and we had to shut our water off! Repairs were done perfectly and quickly. Need it done right and fast? Call them. Going back further, in 2022 I had a constant problem with clogs in a main drainage line in the laundry room. Paid for snakes over and over, still had the problem. A different plumber suggested hydrojet but wanted to charge me an arm and a leg, thousands, but with a convenient payment plan. Yeah right. I researched, found Cutler Bay, and went with them. It cost me 1/5 of the quote from the other plumber and Cutler Bay did it expertly. I've tried a few plumbers over the past 20 years. No comparison. Excellent experience from initial phone call to completion of the job. The receptionist that…read moreanswered the phone when I called was happy to answer all of my questions as this was my first time getting my septic tank pumped. Then, a few days later, Tommy arrived at my house at the scheduled time and walked me through the process. Apparently, the tank had not been pumped in a while, so he took the time to find the tank and made a hole in the top. He recommended that I install a 6" PVC pipe over the hole so they could have easy access in the future, which I did. Tommy was also very honest and gave me some pointers about maintenance and potential issues. He did not try to sell me anything that I did not need,. Overall, A+ service at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again in the future.
