I appreciate that they reached out to me and will contact them directly in the event I need another arrangement. I ordered a funeral arrangement for my father and paid over $100, I paid extra to ensure delivery on a Friday morning prior to noon. The funeral home contacted me the Monday before and told me the flowers had arrived that morning, obviously they would not last till Friday. I contacted the flower cottage and they said they would make it right. On Friday when I arrived for the service the arrangement was nothing like I ordered as you can see from the photos. I also paid extra for a ribbon with "Dad" on it, had I known they were simply going to write it in marker I would have purchased my own. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and will never use or recommend the flower cottage again.

I explained the celebration and the setting in which it was to take place and she was genuinely happy for my brother and his wife's retirement! She asked price range and she said she had the perfect vase in mind, sent me a photo from her personal cell and offered various suggestions of flowers that would be perfect for the setting of the party. It's a small florist shop with friendly staff who greeted us and offered assistance with pre-made floral items in a small cooler to the right of the shop and a ton of gifts and knick-knacks inside. It has much more in the way of gift items than expected and a very large selection of skincare items from local Virginia Aromatics which are made in Orange. There was bug spray, lotion, soap, scrub, bath salts, chapstick, etc. All smelled wonderful. A cute shop with some nice items and the soaps are soft and luxurious.
