It was really hard to hear, focus and stay motivated. I generally NEVER complain but when you are paying a higher price for a service then that is what is to be delivered. Today I came about 10mins early the owner asked me what I was doing there (my hair is usually in a bun) naturally curly but today it was straight..assuming she did not recognize me I stated I was there for a private session with her instructor that started in 10-15 mins she told me to go wait in my car. I find it odd and its growing uncomfortable each session. The owner then went upstairs to meet with her client. If I would have randomly walked in after she went upstairs I still would have been in the waiting area... like I did the week before without having to go to my car. Pointing out she stated this in front of her loyal clients and gave me the boot when I simply was sitting on a chair smiling at her clients. I'm a lot different looking than her other looking high class clients being tanned skin tone and I would hate to feel like I'm being treated differently when my pockets and class aren't any different. You never know someone's status by looking at them. When speaking to the owner she kept insisting on more fees to accommodate services paid for as if I did not have the money to pay for my services. She then suggested a $500 an hour fee to rent out her whole studio to be funny. Usually a private session is a 1:1 session with the trainer, instructor or what have you. She stated that is not how her studio runs and it can be quite a few others in the same session. If this is the case she should have disclosed when paying that sessions were more in a group like vicinity and I would of happily paid for classes elsewhere or paid more than half the price to join a franchise. The other clients she was with was laughing hysterically and impulsively during my session that the instructor had to keep raising her voice so I can hear her on the reformer machine. The owner was absolutely contradicting and passive when I took it upon myself to speak about my experience professionally. Never asked for any money back just wanted to see if she suggested quieter times. She challenged me to looking into renting out the studio..if I wanted to I would. However, I inquired about private sessions just as you would do with a private chef, private instructor, private massage therapist, private Villa on vacation, or personal trainer. All of which I have done and it was "private" just myself and the Coach/trainer/instructor etc. This was supposed to be a wholesome, holistic experience and despite race, age, or sex everyone should be held to that standard. Maybe the owner should disclose that it may be semi private sessions when you pay for private 1:1 sessions and others will be in the room in a small space with you. Also please note that she does offer "semi-private" sessions for a lot less but it has to be with someone you refer. Now, that I'm thinking of it it seems like a scam scheme and she is still in fact having clients pay the price for "private" seasons when in fact are not private. Honestly cannot wait to do my last 7-8 sessions and book elsewhere. Helga one of the instructors is absolutely amazing. She is why I'm sticking through this or would have cared less about 1k going down the drain. I know she drives to this particular studio for her clients from other places she attends to for her livelihood.

They offer early classes and most important instructors will still provide the class even though only 1 person signed ( WHICH IS VERY RARE! ) Pam the owner teaches some classes as well as other great instructors, such as Jolly, Johnsy and Angela. - all of them I highly recommend! I particularly have a need to exercise every day and due to work it must be done early in the mornings, I joined Pilates & Motion after my last visit to my orthopedic doctor consultation about my neck and shoulder pain, the Dr suggested for me to exercise and develop strength, I already have tried going to the chiropractor on a weekly basis and physical therapy for my knee so I decided it was time to try something in between. Hot Yoga did wonders for me but unfortunately the schedule for the studio that I particularly like conflicts with my availability, therefore, I searched for this studio. I started about 3 months ago and I feel less neck pain, also my knees have developed strength and I am working on my core and toning more my body. I highly recommend this studio and its instructors.

There are strict policies against allowing staff to have electronics out or allow a child to be on one of their personal devices. Not only did she have it out, but she allowed him to play games on it where he accidently clicked on an open tab of her naked. The manger then asked my husband and I, "what would you like us to do about it?" She then falsified the incident report by saying the matter was handled and we were very happy with the outcome. Not true. The employee was not fired, she was relocated. Fast forward a few years when my son finally built up the courage to go back knowing that same person wouldn't be there, he broke is arm due to overcapacity of children, negligence, and lack of control of the children in such a small space. We have discontinued our membership which is what we should have done a long time ago. Aside from these events, I also have two toddlers who I have witnessed walking around with sharp pencils and climbing ontop of chairs with them in their hand. If that's not enough, my not even one year old, was walking around a large group of big kids who play rough. There is a designated enclosed area for the babies, so I'm not certain why she was subject to being injured out in the open. To top it off, my other two year old daughter was given a phone by one of the staff members to watch movies on that she is not allowed to watch at home nor did I give them permission to do this. Seeing how my son was exposed to nudity on the last device given to him, I would have never allowed this. Again, the staff is not supposed to have electronics out or allow the children to use the staff's devices. The capacity for this tiny space allows for there to be over 50 children. The ratio for staff to children is 1 staff member to 10 children. They do not have the right amount of staff on the premises to accommodate for that type of capacity. There were times when the amount of children to childcare workers over exceeded the legal ratio. The childcare workers, although nice, are not professional and they have 0 control over the kids. This is not a safe place for children.

I was a member here for less than 6 months. In that time frame, there were TWO incidents of gun violence as a result of fights on the basketball court. What did management do? Shut the court down for ONE week before being told by higher ups they had to re-open it! Can you say "Potential Lawsuit"? The equipment is old with rust on ALL of the cables as well as the plates. They only have TWO leg extensions and TWO leg curl machines and they're ALWAYS taken no matter what time you go. The free weight area LITERALLY smells like a urinal that hasn't been flushed in days. The studio floor is constantly filthy with sweat and hair and they can't seem to make up their mind about turning the AC on or off in the room. Groups of high school kids literally stand around talking and blocking walking areas or sit on equipment while talking/texting on their phones or they think it's fun to horseplay next to people who are lifting. This used to be a nice facility. However it's become clear that the corporate office doesn't give a shit about taking care of it, which should explain to the why they're losing members to other clubs like Crunch and EOS. Unless you don't care about actually working out, or you want to become a potential victim of gun violence due to some low IQ individuals that frequent the basketball court, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.
