Another hot evening and husband and I searched for cold beer and burgers online and found alley oops. We've known about Alley Oops for decades even before they moved to their current location. We just haven't been back since our daughter's ice skating days. We got our ice cold beer and burgers were delicious. They were busy enough with just a small staff but service was good. This place is more like a diner experience so don't expect too much as far as ambiance. Just know you're getting good food at a fair price. read more

Service is great. Menu selection is fantastic. I had the chili cheeseburger and fries. Wife had cheddar cheeseburger and onion rings. Fresh cut onion rings and were very good. Prices are reasonable. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Little Rock. The food is amazingly delicious and very fairly priced. Today I tried the hamburger steak covered with sautéed mushrooms and onions. I chose mashed potatoes as my side and they brought me mushroom gravy to go with them. Service was warm, prompt and attentive to. Great music....always. read more

Tl;dr: AMAZING FOOD, kind service, and lovely atmosphere. Couldn't recommend this place more. Very cute little place. Playing really nice music, decor is lovely, they have flowers in bottles on the table. It's clean and decorated okay, but they could use a little more on the walls to decorate. Service is good so far, everyone seems very polite and kind. The service is on the 'slower' side, not in a bad way! This is a relaxed joint, probably great for dates. On top of that, this food is INCREDIBLY GOOD. I got the fried mushrooms. They're large sized mushrooms, they seem to be breaded in house, but I don't know for sure (I can taste rosemary or thyme b in the breading I love it so much). I also got the mushroom and Swiss burger. Bun was soft, the burger was cooked perfectly. Delicious stuff, I got way too much for one person, the portion sizes are great. read more

I haven't been here in several years but just recently moved back to the area. The service was incredibly fast and very friendly. We ordered burgers and fries - both came out hot and fresh and delicious! The pricing for the menu was also a relief - very affordable - especially compared to many other dine in places currently. Our server helped us pick out a dessert. We settled on blackberry cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and it was just as delicious as everything else! Highly recommend! read more
