None of the meat was seasoned this way. 2) Farofa (unforgivable oversight for Brazilians). 3) Lightly breaded, fried bananas - a churrascaria staple. 4) Picanha com alho (garlic) - They served a garlic covered cheaper piece of meat. 5) Creme de Papaya com Cassis. Service was efficient, and they ran a special for people celebrating their birthday. The birthday person gets their main course for free. 20% tip was automatically added. Our server reminded us that was divided between them and other staff and pointed out the space where we could add an additional tip. Ambiance was traditional Brazilian steakhouse, with a small salad bar with hot food selections, as well. Conclusion: If you want an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse / Churrascaria experience, you're better off driving into Philadelphia, to King of Prussia, or Easton where you can still find it. I should say that I prefer the family run churrascos in lieu of the over commercialized chains. You could feel the close knit family vibe in the front and back of house. The favors were good and allowed you to taste the meats and not just the spice. The servers were wonderful. The buffet was well stocked and maintained. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. Once we ordered it, we were told we should probably move to an eight-top because we would have more space. We also had two serving of Plov, a prime NY strip, a roasted beet salad, and a chicken fingers with fries. We added some bread, too, along with some compote. The Plov was some of the best we've ever had with lots of tender meat. Both steaks were cooked to our liking. Fries were killer and the chicken fingers were fine. I did not care for the compote as I'm used to it with fruit still in the drink. At about 7pm, the DJ started but there was no separate party which is what we thought was going to show up. So everyone in your party gets their plates weighed and your party is assigned a number on a placard which you take back to your table. Once you want more food, you repeat the process and hand them your number. What your entire party has eaten is electronically recorded and when you ask for your check it's totaled up. My friend has eaten there many times and has never seen a discrepancy in the check nor did I. It's a great system. The food is exceptional. I loved trying some new Brazilian side items that I have never had. And on this visit, I was lucky to try a soda made from a fruit from the Brazilian rainforest. This was a new food adventure for me and one that I'm going to try again and again.
