Looks clean and cozy enough, and I would imagine fairly crowded at the right times, but I was there mid/late afternoon, so I only saw one table w/ a customer eating. I had not ever eaten Dominican cuisine prior to dining at Luly's Kitchen and I must say that I am absolutely hooked on this food! Everything I have ordered has been delicious and cooked to perfection. Luly and her staff are very welcoming and will patiently explain the different dishes if you have any questions.
