Yes Yelp runs my life and tells me what to eat. Roland was my driver, he showed up a bit earlier than scheduled, which was great and put me at ease. They do offer a discounted price for paying in cash. Booking was easy and done via email. Roland drove very smoothly and made my wedding day perfect. First some background - three of us were going to be in San Francisco for a short work trip and as much as I love wine and Napa I was determined to find time to take one day off and get out to wine country. I called multiple places and everyone told me that with my flight leaving at 7:30 pm the day we wanted to go, it wasnt possible. I spoke to the hotel we were staying at and they booked a different tour for my two friends since there flights were the next day. I wasnt going to be able to attend. I was about to give up on the whole thing when I found Wine Country Limosine on Yelp. The reviews were good so I called. I spoke to Carlos who suggested we go to Sonoma instead. We could make the time work and still hit plenty of wineries. The best part was the price wasnt that much more and we were going in a limo instead of a van - lets not forget the free bottle of champagne in the limo. Abel was there early to pick us up and he was AMAZING! I cant tell you how much he added to the whole experience. He knew where to take us for the best wines, a fantastic lunch and still got me back to the city in plenty of time to get to the airport. He indulged us by taking tons of pictures of us in front of each place and made wonderful tips for each winery. I am home and have already started getting a group together to try and do another weekend trip up to Sonoma County and have Abel be our driver and tour guide without a doubt. I had a great experience with this limo company. Me and some of my friends from out of town planned a wine tour. I had called to many different limo companies for the wine tour (no joke, like 30 at least) and they had the best price for 7 hours. Most limo companies had some deals for 6 hours (which were still more expensive) , but we were coming to the city and wanted more time with the wineries and not just driving there and back. I was searching between yelp, Groupon, cold calls and I found Wine Country Limousine. It was the best for the money. I even received $50.00 off mentioning the yelp deal. I have purchased it to go on a Sonoma wine trip for my birthday. Limo was early and accommodating, I purchased a 7 hour limo and actually add one hour during the ride. Although it was the hottest day in the summer reach over 110 degrees that day, it was a fun day, only negative thing I have to say is that during the ride the limo was hot and sticky but it to foreseen. My wife spent a lot of time planning a weekend for a group of her friends to go to Napa for the day and decided on Wine country Limos for their transportation. It was impressive to me that their driver Abel called to confirm the morning of and then showed up 20 minutes early to pick them up. Being that it was a group of 8 women there were purses, bags, and a ton of other things and Abel helped them load the car and helped all of them in and out with a smile. They had a great day, were on time to every appointment, and even made it home on time going across the bridge in saturday afternoon traffic. I had a fantastic experience with Wine Country Limo! I was looking to do coordinate a last minute Napa tour for some friends that were coming in town, and these guys delivered. I called and left a message. Veronica got back to me within 20 minutes. She was excellent in helping me work out the limo details (duration, costs, type of vehicle) and plan an itinerary. I booked on a Wednesday for a Saturday trip, 6 hour minimum. Bottle of champagne, soda and waters included. Our driver Abel, showed up half an hour prior to our departure time and walked through everything with me. He exhibited the utmost professionalism, and this certainly wasn't his first rodeo. I couldn't recommend Abel as a driver highly enough! The day itself was fantastic. Abel let us move between our 3 scheduled wineries (V Sattui, Mumm's and Peju) at our own pace, and we stopped for lunch at Dean & Delucca (a must try near V Sattui!). We were having so much fun that we added on an additional hour, and it was no issue at all. All in all, I couldn't recommend WC Limo highly enough. As someone who had never done the Napa limo before (but had been to Napa previously), and didn't know where to look for reputable drivers/companies, I hit that jackpot. Asked if they could put together a great day of wine country tours and tastings. They made an itinerary with multiple options for us. We picked the wineries we wanted to visit from their list. My family had a great time. We visited 3 great wineries. Picnicked in Sonoma Village and dinner in Sausalito. Definitely recommend WC Limos! They were 45 minutes late picking me up for my flight, which I then missed. The pickup was at 4:30 am, and I scheduled it weeks in advance. At 4:40 I called them to see what was going on (they did not call me) and then we played phone tag until 5:15 when they finally sent over a car from another cab company. That driver didn't know we were going to the airport, and they were out of gas, so we had to stop for gas on the way to the airport, making things worse. They were as helpful and nice about the mixup as one might hope, but that was little consolation considering that I paid full price and missed my flight. read more

I had to take a couple weeks to cool off before I wrote this review because I was pretty upset immediately after the experience with Wine Country Limo and because Carlos did try to make it right, I didn't want to write a scathing review out of anger. That didn't work. I am still angry. I scheduled a wine tasting trip for a bachelorette party in July for a September date. The limo did not show up at the scheduled time and when I called, our reservation had been made for the following weekend. While a limo was available and immediately sent out to get us, there was no owning up to the error. While I know how it happened, looking back on our correspondence, I felt like there should have been more ownership to the mistake and more done to make up for it, but we were told only that the time we missed would be added on to the end of our trip (which proved to be useless considering all the wineries were closed and a paid hour and a half was wasted at the end of the trip) and the fault was placed on Carlos' "secretary". We met the limo at a location closer to Napa, since we were running behind and all the driver wanted to do was make sure he got paid, which really rubbed me the wrong way. Then he insisted that I pay our balance in cash, which I was not prepared to do, since he was able to take a credit card for the deposit. While I was inside getting cash, the girls were questioning why he couldn't use the same credit card he used for the deposit and he went on to tell them about how he was up late the night before and didn't need to be questioned and has only dealt with one person up until now and will only deal with one person now. The limo ride was great, minus the massive amount of time we spent in traffic at Discovery Kingdom, even though it could have been avoided by driving up 80 a little further, but we had to skip our first winery because we were so late and go straight to lunch. He gave us a great tip about how to avoid waiting in the LONG line at Gott's Refreshers, which we were grateful for, but it was a little too late for all of us. When we came back from lunch, we were introduced to Roland, another WCL driver, who would be taking over after our next stop because Carlos had an emergency. Roland was fantastic, and if everything hadn't gone down like it had, and Roland was our driver from the beginning, I think this review might have been much different. When Carlos and Roland were making the trade off, I told Carlos I hope everything was OK with his emergency and he said he had to go pick up his dog. I wish I hadn't been told that, cause that made me even more mad. He then said that because of what had happened with the reservation he would offer me 1 free hour on our next trip with WCL, which was a nice gesture, but I wish I had stood up for myself then and demanded it on that trip, cause I honestly have no intention of using that free hour. Two stars: one for the limo actually showing up and the other for the tip at Gott's Refreshers (call your order in as to go and then go across the street to Merryvale to taste and then your meal will be ready when you are done). On top of alll of this, we were told two bottles of champagne would be complimentary, zero champagne provided We had a great time outside of all of that, but I can't possibly let this go without letting others know. All of the reviews on yelp are great, so I was pretty confident in my selection of a limo company, but I definitely know where I will NOT be going in the future (and after this, I am pretty sure I won't be welcome back either, but c'est la vie, limo companies are a dime a dozen so its no skin off my back). read more

My review is a follow up to Mischa L.'s review. I am one of her friends and attended the bachelorette party. I second everything that Mischa wrote, but I am adding to it because what I experienced happened when Mischa was inside getting cash for the driver. She did not witness the conversation that transpired between myself, the bride, and Carlos. As Mischa was getting cash inside the hotel, the rest of us girls piled into the limo. The bride asked Carlos if we would be receiving anything complimentary for all the mix up. He then proceeded to blame Mischa solely for the error! He took no responsibility for the limo company's mistake. Mischa had originally inquired about the following Sunday in her INITIAL email. Mischa realized that Sunday would not work for everyone's schedule, and she "booked" the Sunday prior. This new date was CONFIRMED in all succeeding emails. All Carlos needed to do in response to the bride's question was apologize for the mistake. Even though it wasn't Carlos' error, it was the error of his company. As a representative of Wine Country Limousine, he should have taken responsibility. Instead, he blamed our friend and made us all feel very uncomfortable. Additionally, we did not need to hear about his, "rough night" and his lack of sleep. Perhaps it was because of the lack of sleep, but he really should have behaved more professionally.
